In the light of unpublished material this paper reconstructs the history of the deciphering of Gaius’ palimpsest of the Capitular Library of Verona (BCapVr, Cod. XV) by Friedrich Bluhme. It deals for the first time with other copies of Bluhme’s transcriptions preserved at the Bonn University Library (ULB, S 675f; ULB, S 1440) and with their relationship to the ones at the Berlin State Library – Prussian Cultural Heritage (SBB-PK, Ms. lat. fol. 308, K. 2, Beil. 2, Fasz. 1).

Molecular data supports the inclusion of <i>Ildobates neboti</i> Español in Zuphiini (Coleoptera: Carabidae: Harpalinae)

The phylogenetic relationships of Ildobates neboti Español (Coleoptera: Carabidae: Harpalinae) were investigated based on three nuclear genes (full 18S rRNA, and a fragment of each 28S rRNAand wingless).We compiled a data set using published sequences of 32 members of Harpalinae including one example each of Dryptini (genus Desera), Galeritini (Galerita) and Zuphiini (Thalpius), plus three Brachininae as outgroups. These three tribes form the “Dryptitae”, within which various relationships of Ildobates had been proposed. Recently, a broader and earlier use of LAIs, particularly second-generation LAIs, has been emphasized. Restriction analysis of lambda EMBL3 background recombinants: occurrence of lambda phages carrying a head to tail oriented left arm DNA sequence.

Eight representative recombinant background clones of lambda EMBL3 were analysed using KpnI, BamHI, SalI, EcoRI and HindIII digestion. We found that lambda EMBL3 carries its own left arm in the BamHI cloning site. In the way, recombinant molecules were found to be generated which can grow on Escherichia coli strain NM539. In all cases analysed, the left arm DNA was inserted in a head to tail orientation. Seven clones carried a restored BamHI site at the cos site-BamHI site connection. In the region where the inserted left arm and the right arm were ligated, BamHI cloning produces a large palindromic sequence consisting of two polylinkers. Objetivo: Revisar los cuestionarios de evaluación de necesidades y recursos espirituales en cuidados paliativos más recientes y evaluar su aplicabilidad clínica en nuestro entorno.Método: Revisión sistemática, siguiendo las guías PRISMA de las publicaciones realizadas durante 2015-2016 de trabajos sobre espiritualidad. ResumenLas necesidades espirituales, cuando son elaboradas de forma efectiva, ayudarán a la persona al final de la vida a encontrar significado, mantener la esperanza y aceptar la muerte. El counselling es una de las terapias más utilizadas para mejorar estas necesidades. El objetivo del presente trabajo es ofrecer evidencia sobre la eficacia de esta terapia para la mejora de la espiritualidad de los pacientes atendidos en diversos dispositivos de salud. The MAREDAT atlas covers 11 types of plankton, ranging in size from bacteria to jellyfish. Together, these plankton groups determine the health and productivity of the global ocean and play a vital role in the global carbon cycle. Working within a uniform and consistent spatial and depth grid (map) of the global ocean, the researchers compiled thousands and tens of thousands of data points to identify regions of plankton abundance and scarcity as well as areas of data abundance and scarcity.
