This article examines the organisation of VOX, a new radical right party in Spain. It shows that the party has taken early and uneven steps to build a mass organisation and initially opted for open membership recruitment with participatory organisational elements. Also, the party’s rapid growth and quick entrance into political institutions at different state levels led the party leadership to establish more centralised control and limit members’ prerogatives, though recruitment continued. Resumen El origen de esta tesis doctoral se basa en la tesis de fin de Máster en Lenguas y Literaturas que realicé en la Universitat de València durante el curso 2011-2012. Dicha tesis se centraba en el legado poético escrito en inglés en España por los brigadistas miembros de la XV Brigada Internacional durante la Guerra Civil Española. Digitalization and Evolution of Business Model Pathways Among Japanese Software SMEs

This chapter analyzes five Japanese software small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to better understand how their decision-making pathways inside the organization evolve as they develop new business models. Event-state mapping method was applied to analyze the business model pathways of the case firms. We found that once triggered, pathways included various actors and a series of steps until an outcome, the new business model, was reached. The findings indicate that the decision pathways to new models became increasingly complex over the years and the number of individuals and teams involved increases as business model evolved further. peerReviewed

BACKGROUND: The retromolar canal (RMC) is an anatomical variation of the mandibular canal (MC) whose identification and study should be considered given its implication in the surgical procedures of the retromolar area. The prevalence of the RMC widely varies according to previous studies and may be influenced by the followed study method. Tämä tutkielma käsittelee itsesensuuria suomalaisissa paikallislehdissä toimittajien näkökulmasta. Tavoitteenamme oli selvittää, esiintyykö paikallislehdissä toimittajien mukaan itsesensuuria ja mistä se on lähtöisin. Tarkastelimme itsesensuuria mainostajien, lukijakunnan, persoonallisuuden ja toimituskulttuurin näkökulmasta. Teimme väittämiä ja avoimia kysymyksiä sisältävän kyselylomakkeen, jonka lähetimme Sanomalehtien Liiton kautta paikallislehtitoimijoille. Kyselyyn vastasi yhteensä 64 paikallistoimittajaa.
