The purpose of the paper is to define and measure the customer engagement as a forming element of the relationship marketing theory. In the first part of the paper, the authors review the marketing literature regarding the concept of customer engagement and summarize the main models for measuring it. One probability model (Pareto/NBD model) and one parametric model (RFM model) specific for the customer acquisition phase are theoretically detailed. Slodzes izraisītās kardiorespiratoro parametru disproporcionālās izmaiņas

Darbā tika pētīts, kā slodzes ietekmē mainās kardiorespiratorie parametri un vai tie ir atkarīgi no pētījumā iesaistīto personu sporta veida. Darba mērķis bija izvērtēt slodzes izsauktu kardiorespiratoro funkciju raksturojošo parametru neproporcionālās adaptīvās izmaiņas. Pētījumā piedalījās 20 personas – 9 vīriešu dzimuma basketbolisti, 8 vīriešu dzimuma orientieristi, 3 vīriešu dzimuma volejbolisti. Personas veica veloergometriskas slodzes testu. Basketbolistu tests sastāvēja no 7 minūšu iesildīšanās, veicot 50W lielu slodzi, pakāpeniski pieaugošas veloergometriskas slodzes testa līdz atteicei un 5 minūšu atsildīšanās, veicot 50W lielu slodzi. Sportistu treniņu programmās un dažkārt arī klīniskās rehabilitācijas plānos tiek iekļautas reģionālas muskuļu slodzes, kuru laikā tiek daļēji ierobežota nodarbinātās ekstremitātes (tātad – arī muskuļu) asinsapgāde. Visai rūpīgi jau izpētīti išemizēto muskuļu ilglaicīgas adaptācijas mehānismi un vispārējas anabolisko procesu stimulācijas mehānismi, ja šādas slodzes tiek veiktas regulāri. Toties nepietiekoši izpētīta ir kardiovaskulārās sistēmas adaptācija dažāda rakstura fiziskām slodzēm šādos apstākļos, kuros mākslīgi tiek samazināta asiņu caurplūde caur salīdzinoši lielu (vienas vai pat divu ekstremitāšu) sistēmiskās cirkulācijas gultnes daļu. Šajā darbā aplūkota parametriskās un empīriskās ticamības funkcijas metožu kombinācija, kas atrod kompromisu starp parametrisko un neparametrisko ticamības metodi. Abu metožu kombinācija rezultātā dod metodi, kas aizņemas parametriskā modeļa spējas kopā ar empīriskās ticamības metodes robustību. Darba gaitā tiek izpētītas metodes novērtējuma īpašības gan tās parametriskajai, gan neparametriskajai daļai. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kā darbojas šī metode, un salīdzināt ar parametriskās un empīriskās ticamības metodi. Tika izveidots apvienotais modelis un realizēts programmā R, kur tas tika izmantots reāliem un ģenerētiem datu piemēriem.

Mikroaļģu kultivēšana ir dabai draudzīgs process, no kura ir iespējams iegūt pigmentus, lipīdus un taukskābes plašam pielietojumam. Darba mērķis bija, atrast optimālos kultivēšanas parametrus, iegūt pēc iespējas lielāku biomasas iznākumu Haematococcus pluvialis celmiem kolbās un Desmodesmus communis celmam kolbās un laboratorijas mēroga fotobioreaktorā ar maisītāju. Darbs sastāv no trim daļām – H. pluvialis un D. communis kultivēšanas eksperimentiem laboratorijas kolbās un D. communis kultivēšanas eksperimentiem fotobioreaktorā ar maisītāju. Darbā tiek aplūkots, kā uz kvantu datora iespējams paātrināt zināmus parametrizētus algoritmus problēmām “Closest string”, “Cluster vertex deletion”, “Cluster editing”, “Vertex cover” un “Longest path” problēmu risinājumiem, ka arī to uzlabošana kvantu datoram, izmantojot kvantu algoritmus meklēšanas koka apstaigāšanai un dinamiskai programmēšanai. VaR represents an advanced model of risk management, appropriate for estimating the financial risk of a financial title taken individually or of a portfolio of titles. The research aims to quantify the maximum loss of the securities value, based on their daily closing prices, at a 5% relevance level, using the historical simulation method.
