The history of the parishioners’ right to participate in and influence the choice of local clergy in Sweden and Finland can be taken back as far as the late Medieval Times. The procedures for electing clergymen are described in historiography as a specifically Nordic feature and as creating the basis of local self-government. In this article the features of local self-government are studied in a context where the scope for action was being modified. The focus is on the parishioners’ possibilities and willingness to influence the appointment of pastors in the Lutheran parishes of the Russo-Swedish borderlands in the 18th century. Il progetto di Andrea Sciascia, per il complesso parrocchiale di San Giacomo Apostolo in Ferrara, terzo classificato nell’ultima edizione (sesta) dei concorsi promossi dalla CEI, interviene in un’area periferica della città, interessata da profonde trasformazioni e dall’inserimento di elementi infrastrutturali viari. La superficie di circa un ettaro, dove è presente l’originario e minuto complesso parrocchiale di San Giacomo a Ferrara, è coinvolta in profonde trasformazioni urbane fra le quali spicca un’ampia rotatoria. Początki kultury muzycznej Starego Waliszowa związane są z tamtejszą świątynią pw. św. Wawrzyńca. Prawdopodobnie już w XVIII wieku istniała tam kapela muzyczna. Prowadzona była przez miejscowych nauczycieli, którzy byli jednocześnie organistami i kościelnymi. Na przełomie XIX i XX stulecia funkcję chórmistrza pełnił przez 37 lat Josef Ho1 mann. Za jego kadencji miejscowi muzycy włączyli się w ogólnoniemiecki ruch odnowy muzyki kościelnej. W 1905 roku odbył się w Starym Waliszowie walny zjazd członków Stowarzyszenia Cecyliańskiego Hrabstwa Kłodzkiego. Year 2019 marks the first anniversary of the renewal of the Most Holy Trinity Parish in Jaworzno near the town of Wieluń. This event was celebrated both by inhabitants and clergy on 15–16 June 2019. On that occasion, on Saturday on the 15th of June, a historical conference entitled “The Jubilee of the 100 years of the Most Holy Trinity Parish in Jaworzno near the town of Wieluń” was held. The conference led to produce the historical monograph of the Parish. Six people in eleven papers and memoirs dealt with the historical issues of the Parish in Jaworzno. Quelques réflexions sur les remplois antiques en Limousin au cours du Moyen Âge

Different kinds of antique material were re-used in the Limousin region during the middle ages. In this article the authors will mostly focus on the big ashlars located in the ecclesiastical rural sites. More and more of these specific kinds of spolia are now known. Around 50 sites are identified where they were used in churches or in their surroundings (mostly sarcophagi). In most examples only few pieces were used. Nonetheless, in seven cases those blocks are numerous, and in three of them parts of antique buildings - using monumental ashlars - are incorporated into churches. Posługa duszpasterska pierwszego proboszcza parafii św. Michała w Opolu-Półwsi, ks. Wilhelma Görlicha, przypadła na lata 1937–1958. Jeszcze w czasach hitlerowskich świątynię budowano jako kościół parafialny i garnizonowy. Podczas II wojny światowej największym wyzwaniem była ochrona parafian przed ideologią nazistowską. Od zimy 1944 r. znakami czasu stały się ewakuacja, śmierć i zniszczenia. Uszkodzeniom uległ i kościół. Wiosną 1945 r. parafianie znaleźli się już w innym kontekście: Opolszczyzna stała się częścią Polski. Zapoczątkowano odbudowę i tworzenie nowego społeczeństwa, składającego się ze Ślązaków i migrujących Polaków. Duszpasterstwa nie ułatwiały władze państwowe. Mimo sukcesów k…
