In this contribution we discuss the adequate treatment of the $4-$ and $5-$body dynamics within a constituent quark framework. We stress that the variational and Born-Oppenheimer approximations give energies rather close to the exact ones, while the diquark approximation might be rather misleading. Hall-Post inequalities provide very useful lower bounds that exclude possible stable states for some mass ratios and color wave functions.

The main purpose of this study was to explore similarities and differences in the association between two capabilities affecting the cardiorespiratory system (overall and multifactorial cardiorespiratory fitness and inspiratory muscle strength) and the health-related quality of life (HRQoL), in a group of active healthy seniors. Sixty-five individuals (age, 73.01 ± 5.27 years; 53 women) who participated regularly in a multicomponent training program completed the EuroQol 5D-5L questionnaire, the 6-min walking test (6MWT), and the maximum inspiratory pressure test (MIP). Skuteczność wentylacji grawitacyjnej w budownictwie mieszkaniowym

Skuteczność systemu wentylacji jest znaczącym problemem w budownictwie mieszkaniowym.W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań systemu wentylacji grawitacyjnej w lokalach mieszkalnych poddanych termomodernizacji. Badania przeprowadzono w lokalu mieszkalnym o powierzchni 60 m2 znajdującym się w budynku wielorodzinnym w Opolu. Badania prowadzono zarówno przed jak i po prowadzonej termomodernizacji mieszkania. Badania wykazały iż wentylacja grawitacyjna nie spełnia wymaganych w normach parametrów wymiany powietrza. Stwierdzono również zmniejszenie skuteczności wentylacji grawitacyjnej po przeprowadzeniu prac termomodernizacyjnych.

Basque pilota is a traditional sport played mainly by men. A project emerged in 2005 to promote female participation: Emakumea Pilotari (Woman pelota player). In this article we present the main points that emerged from an ethnographic study of the social relationships that playing Basque pilota can provide. The study was carried out in 2011-2012 season with a purposive sample of 28 adult women Basque pilota players (pilotaris) (between 22 and 60 years old). 26 participants were pilotaris in recreational groups and the other two were their trainers. Strain hardening in liquid-particle suspensions

The behavior of a liquid-particle suspension induced to sheared motion was analyzed by numerical simulations. When the velocity (strain) of the suspension began to increase, its viscosity first stayed almost constant, but increased then rapidly to a clearly higher level. This increase in viscosity is shown to be related to formation of clusters of suspended particles. Clusters are shown to increase the viscosity by enhanced momentum transfer though clustered particles. This is the mechanism behind the strain-hardening phenomenon observed in small-strain experiments on liquid-particle suspensions.
