Partie polityczne – zgodnie z klasycznym ujęciem M. Duvergera – powstają według wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego trybu. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza powstawania partii politycznych w Polsce zgodnie z pierwszym trybem (wewnętrznym), wykorzystując do tego koncept „transferu parlamentarnego”, tj. zmian przynależności klubowej posłów skutkujących powstaniem nowej partii politycznej.

Technikum dla przodujących robotników w polskim systemie szkolnictwa zawodowego (1971-1982)

W okresie PRL-u z inicjatywy PZPR powstało w 1971 r. technikum dla przodujących robotników. Uchwała nr 124 Rady Ministrów z dnia 1 lipca 1971 r. dała robotnikom możliwość zdobycia kwalifikacji zawodowych i uzyskania świadectwa dojrzałości po dwuletnim okresie edukacji. Takich szkół powstało ponad 30 w skali całego kraju. Do placówek tych kierowano wyróżniających się aktywną postawą społeczno-zawodową robotników, absolwentów zasadniczych szkół zawodowych. Celem ich było przygotowanie dla gospodarki narodowej dobrych fachowców, ale również aktywnych działaczy partyjnych. Rozpoczęły one pracę dydaktyczną we wrześniu 1971 r. The main accomplishment of the Property Regimes Regulations lies in their bringing more coherence into the cross-border family law adjudication. In the field of international jurisdiction, they strive to align the competence in couples? patrimony disputes to that in succession and in separation proceedings, or else to align the competence of the courts to the applicable law. These tendencies are clearly visible in the Regulations? provisions on choice of court agreements. Alokacja środków budżetu obywatelskiego realizowana jest poprzez wskazanie rodzajów zadań, które powinny być finansowane w ramach tego budżetu. Z jednej strony środki te muszą być wydatkowane na zadania, które mieszczą się w katalogu ustawowych zadań własnych danego samorządu terytorialnego. Z drugiej natomiast powinny przyczyniać się do rozwoju lokalnego, którego kierunki wyznaczają priorytety strategii rozwoju. Zagadnieniem poruszanym w rozdziale jest więc zakres, w jakim realizacja projektów sportowych budżetu obywatelskiego „dopasowana” jest do koncepcji rozwoju sportu ujętej w strategicznych dokumentach miasta Opola.

The impact of ideological positions and personal attributes of candidates in intraparty competition: A study under the Swiss open‐listPRSystem

Intraparty preference voting systems offer different incentives for candidates to cultivate a personal vote, but little is known about how the candidates' policy positions affect their elec-toral success in intraparty competition. This article analyses the effect of candidates' ideological positions and personal attributes on their preference vote share in the 2015 and 2019 Swiss Lower House elections. We used candidate survey data combined with official election statistics. Our findings demon-strate that the ideological distance between candidates' posi-tions and their party's median position is of minor importance for their electoral success when compared to their personal attributes.
