Los objetivos del estudio fueron: 1) analizar la estructura factorial de la escala CAEPO mediante análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio; 2) estimar la consistencia interna de los factores; 3) describir la distribución de los factores; 4) analizar las diferencias de medias de las estrategias de afrontamiento entre hombres y mujeres. El Cuestionario de Afrontamiento al Estrés para Pacientes Oncológicos (CAEPO) de González (2004) fue aplicado a 148 pacientes oncológicos. Se sugiere reducir la escala a 35 ítems. Celem badań była ocena jednorodności zanieczyszczenia metalami ciężkimi (Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd i Pb) kory drzew liściastych pobranej z lasu mieszanego na terenie gminy Ozimek (województwo opolskie). W ramach biomonitoringu pasywnego pobrano próbki kory z trzech gatunków drzew liściastych: z brzozy brodawkowatej (Betula pendula Roth.), buka zwyczajnego (Fagus sylvatica L.) oraz z dębu szypułkowego (Quercus robur L.). Metale ciężkie oznaczono za pomocą absorpcyjnej spektrometrii atomowej (AAS). Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań można jednoznacznie stwierdzić, że kora drzew wykorzystanych do badań różni się pod względem stężeń metali ciężkich. Celem przeprowadzonych badań była ocena poziomu zanieczyszczenia wybranymi metalami ciężkimi: Zn, Ni, Cd i Pb terenów leśnych gminy Twardogóra. Miasto Twardogóra położone jest w północno-wschodniej części województwa dolnośląskiego, lasy stanowią 44% całej powierzchni gminy. Porosty Hypogymnia physodes oraz mchy Pleurozium schreberi pobrane zostały z 32 miejsc zlokalizowanych w pobliżu wsi Gola, Goszcz, Grabowno Wielkie oraz Sosnówka. A Mössbauer study of the crystalline structure of the passive film formed on iron in aqueous sulfate solution containing sulfite in low concentration

Electrochemically induced passivation of evaporated, enriched 57Fe in 0.5 mol dm−3 Na2SO4 + 0.001 mol dm−3 NaHSO3 aqueous solution (pH 6.5) was followed by conversion electron Mossbauer spectroscopy. The transformation of amorphous iron oxide or hydroxide into crystalline γ-FeOOH could be observed with the increase of the polarization time. The comparison of the original quantity of evaporated, enriched 57Fe layer on the surface of the samples with the dissolved iron, measured in the solutions after the polarization, proved the existence of pitting corrosion at this pH.
