Artykuł powstał z uwagi na przypadki spraw o zaprzeczenie ojcostwa, z jakimi autorka miała styczność w dotychczasowej pracy w kancelarii prawnej. Czas na wytoczenie przez mężczyznę powództwa o zaprzeczenie ojcostwa lub o ustalenie bezskuteczności uznania ojcostwa jest krótki i wynosi 6 miesięcy. Ponadto po jego upłynięciu jedyną możliwością z perspektywy ojca jest wytoczenie powództwa przez prokuratora, który de facto nie musi się przychylić do wniosku mężczyzny i może odmówić tej czynności. A parallel radix-4 block cyclic reduction algorithm

A conventional block cyclic reduction algorithm operates by halving the size of the linear system at each reduction step, that is, the algorithm is a radix-2 method. An algorithm analogous to the block cyclic reduction known as the radix-q partial solution variant of the cyclic reduction (PSCR) method allows the use of higher radix numbers and is thus more suitable for parallel architectures as it requires fever reduction steps. Sport is a social system in which socially constructed gender differences and stereotypes are incorporated, and specific sport activities are often perceived as gender characterized. Eiropas Savienība ir daudzveidīga dalībvalstu grupa, un dzimumu līdztiesības attīstība kopš 1950. gada vēl nav pastāvīga un lineāra, kas savukārt ietekmē arī Eiropas Parlamenta dzimumu līdzsvaru. Pētījumā ir novērtēts sieviešu īpatsvars parlamentos, pamatojoties uz publiski pieejamiem datiem, ko apkopojuši galvenokārt Eurostat, Pasaules ekonomikas forums, Eiropas Dzimumu līdztiesības institūts un Starptautiskais demokrātijas un vēlēšanu palīdzības institūts. Pētījumā tika konstatēts, ka neatkarīgi no izmantotā dzimuma kvotu veida un īstenošanas perioda, dzimumu līdzsvara politikā bija dažādi rezultāti, tāpēc katrai valstij bija nepieciešama pielāgota pieeja.
Disentangling the effects of methanogen community and environment on peatland greenhouse gas production by a reciprocal transplant experiment

Northern peatlands consist of a mosaic of peatland types that vary spatially and temporally and differ in their methane (CH4) production. Microbial community composition and environment both potentially control the processes that release carbon from anoxic peat either as CH4 or carbon dioxide (CO2), a less potent greenhouse gas than CH4.
