In this work the Author examines the legislative technique used by the European Parliament in the regulation 625 of 2017 which entrusts the instrument of delegation with the integration of important parts of the same and highlights how this technique removes the European legislator from the aim pursued rationalization and simplification of the global regulatory framework by integrating the rules relating to official controls, currently located in specific sectors, in a single regulatory framework relating to official controls.

This study deals with the sceptical arguments by one of the most important figures in the philosophical Sufi tradition (the Akbarian school) and the foremost disciple of Ibn ʿArabī, Ṣadr al‐Dīn al‐Qūnawī. Though not a sceptic in the strict sense, Qūnawī employs sceptical arguments from relativity of rational knowledge and disagreement among philosophers to prove inefficacy of reason and rational procedures of knowledge in terms of achieving certain knowledge of metaphysical matters, namely of God and the ultimate principles of things. After the patrimonial destruction that took place during the Civil War of 1936-1939 in the city of Cartagena, religious art and especially sacred sculpture, is greatly affected. The artistic expressions that the Passionist entities took to the streets on the days of Holy Week, disappear almost in their entirety, having to start a tremendously costly reconstruction process in order to alleviate the losses suffered.
