La pubblicazione ha ad oggetto l'analisi dell'art. 2462 c.c., inerente il regime della responsabilità dei soci della s.r.l.Il commento si sofferma sulle innovazioni legate alla riforma del diritto societario del 2003, sottolineandone le ricadute sulla nozione ed i connotati tipologici della società a responsabilità limitata. Particolare attenzione è dedicata alla disciplina della responsabilità dell'unico socio ed al regime giuridico delle operazioni compiute anteriormente all'iscrizione della s.r.l. nel registro delle imprese.

Il commento si sofferma sui connotati tipologici della società a responsabilità limitata, a seguito delle innovazioni legate alla riforma del diritto societario del 2003. The paper demonstrates the methodologic aspect of the Polish sociologic research on the Silesian region in the interwar period. This study explores the interpersonal relationships of immigrant students. This is a current topic because immigration to Finland has increased rapidly and student groups are more diverse than ever before. The aim is to study immigrant students’ experiences and expectations of their interpersonal relationships and how they develop and maintain them, and also to understand how interpersonal relationships affect the immigrant students’ adaptation to the new environment. This study examined, first, basic human values’ and life goals’ factor structures and the reciprocal links between these measures; second, the connections between personality traits and values, and possible gender differences in these relations; and third, the relations between life goals and mental well-being, and whether life goals act as mediators in the associations between personality traits and mental well-being. Rozdział porusza kwestie dotyczące relacji zachodzących między klientem, pracownikiem (sprzedawcą) a przedsiębiorcą na rynku finansowym. Punktem wyjścia dla analizy problemów etycznych jest personalistyczne rozumienie pracy oraz przedstawienie koncepcji dobra wspólnego wraz z podstawowymi założeniami personalizmu ekonomicznego.
