Presentamos en este trabajo nuestra experiencia acumulada en el tratamiento quirúrgico del neumotórax espontáneo primario mediante cirugía videotoracoscópica. Se ha elegido el neumotórax por tratarse de la patología benigna que, además de frecuente, ha sido la primera en beneficiarse de la VATS. Cyprian Norwid był doskonałym mówcą oraz recytatorem poezji. Jeszcze w okresie pobytu w Polsce deklamował poezje autorów emigracyjnych oraz krajowych. Zwyczaj ten kontynuował, będąc na emigracji we Francji. Poeta uważał, że deklamacja to nie tylko jakiś umiejętny „wygłaszania-sposób”, ale dopełnienie, bez którego niemożliwe jest właściwe odczytanie poezji. Dopełnienie nie jest jedynie prostym uzupełnieniem, lecz spełnieniem idei, przybliżeniem się do ideału; jednakże do tego celu potrzeba sztuki deklamacji, którą Norwid nazywał reklamacji-sztuką. In this study, the influence of porosity on the elastic effective properties of polycrystalline materials is investigated using a 3D grain boundary micro mechanical model. The volume fraction of pores, their size and distribution can be varied to better simulate the response of real porous materials. The formulation is built on a boundary integral representation of the elastic problem for the grains, which are modeled as 3D linearly elastic orthotropic domains with arbitrary spatial orientation. A gentle long-lasting handling produces persistent neurochemical and behavioural changes and attenuates the impairment in the behavioural reactivity to novelty induced by the prenatal exposure to diazepam (DZ) in adult male rat progeny. This report presents a summary of the I Symposium of Elite Performance in Combat Sports held in Madrid, May 27, 2017. The symposium, organized by the Faculty of Sport Sciences-INEF of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, aimed to bring science closer to practice. A panel of highly successful athletes involved in karate, fencing, and taekwondo shared their experiences. The speakers presented crucial topics for an optimal preparation and high level performance such as strength training, sport psychology, brain maturation, sports nutrition, competition planning, sport injuries, and perceptual-decision making training.
