This dissertation focuses on Finnish language learning opportunities in cleaning work, which is the most common job for immigrants in Finland. The study investigates what opportunities and constraints there are for Finnish language learning in cleaning work, how a work community supports language learning, and what factors facilitate or constrain investment in language learning at work. Language learning opportunities are explored from an ecological approach as affordances – the reciprocal relations between an individual and his/her social and physical environment. Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan työpaikan menettämisen ja muiden taloudellisten ja ei-taloudellisten kannustimien vaikutuksia alueelliseen muuttoliikkeeseen. Käytämme yhdistettyä työnantaja-työntekijäaineistoa sekä tietoja alueellisista asuntomarkkinoista. Työpaikan menettäneillä tarkoitamme heitä, jotka menettävät työpaikkansa toimipaikan sulkemisen tai joukkoirtisanomisen takia. Työpaikan menetys lisää henkilön muuttoalttiutta noin 80 prosentilla. Työpaikan menettäneet näyttäisivätkin reagoivan taloudellisiin kannustimiin, sillä alhainen oletettu palkkataso ja korkeat asuntojen hinnat alueella ovat yhteydessä lisääntyneeseen muuttoalttiuteen alueelta, josta henkilö on jäänyt työttömäksi…

Tīmekļa lietotne ēstuvju meklēšanai

“Finder App” ir ar Laravel ietvaru veidota tīmekļa lietotne, kurā lietotājs izmantojot karti var atrast konkrētai atrašanās vietai tuvākās ēstuves. Reģistrētie lietotāji var arī pievienot sev iecienītākās ēstuves sarakstā un atsevišķi tās apskatīt. Lietotnē izmanto Google Maps un Google Places API, lai iegūtu kartes un ēdnīcu datus, kuru pēc tam parāda lietotājam kartē.

Traditional variable displacement piston machines achieve high efficiency when operating at high displacements, but struggle with poor efficiency at low displacements. The pistons are connected to high pressure and low pressure in conjunction with the output shaft position and the displacement is changed by changing the piston stroke, resulting in almost constant friction, leakage, and compressibility losses independent of displacement. AbstractWe study the relationship of viscosity and weak solutions to the equation $$\begin{aligned} \smash {\partial _{t}u-\varDelta _{p}u=f(Du)}, \end{aligned}$$ ∂ t u - Δ p u = f ( D u ) , where $$p>1$$ p > 1 and $$f\in C({\mathbb {R}}^{N})$$ f ∈ C ( R N ) satisfies suitable assumptions. Our main result is that bounded viscosity supersolutions coincide with bounded lower semicontinuous weak supersolutions. Moreover, we prove the lower semicontinuity of weak supersolutions when $$p\ge 2$$ p ≥ 2 .
