Abstract This paper reviews all information gathered from different disciplines and studies to resolve the species status within the Ceratitis FAR (Ceratitis fasciventris, Ceratitis anonae, Ceratitis rosa) complex, a group of polyphagous fruit fly pest species (Diptera, Tephritidae) from Africa. It includes information on larval and adult morphology, wing morphometrics, cuticular hydrocarbons, pheromones, microsatellites, developmental physiology and geographic distribution. [EN] Cucurbita pepo contains two cultivated subspecies, each of which encompasses four fruit-shape morphotypes (cultivar groups). The Pumpkin, Vegetable Marrow, Cocozelle, and Zucchini Groups are of subsp. pepo and the Acorn, Crookneck, Scallop, and Straightneck Groups are of subsp. ovifera. Los carbones recuperados en contextos arqueológicos son bioindicadores claves para reconstruir la historia de las especies vegetales, su área de repartición espacial y cronológica. Su identificación botánica es una herramienta precisa para descifrar los cambios climáticos y las actividades humanas en el territorio, ya que las especies vegetales se pueden datar directamente por Acelerador de Espectrometría de Masas (ASM) para interpretar los cambios. En el presente trabajo revisamos los datos antracológicos de Portugal para identificar y distinguir los bioindicadores climáticos y antrópicos, y situarlos en una secuencia temporal basada fundamentalmente en las mencionadas dataciones asm.

Des travaux de l’UMR Agroécologie montrent que la réponse immunitaire des plantes est corrélée à leur nutrition en fer et est modulable par la pyoverdine, un sidérophore produit par la souche bactérienne bénéfique Pseudomonas fluorescens C7R12. Le traitement d’Arabidopsis thaliana exposée à une carence en fer par la pyoverdine dépourvue de fer (apo-pyo) restaure en effet la croissance de la plante aux dépens de son immunité.
