Kształtowanie się ustroju II Rzeczpospolitej w aspekcie zrównoważonego rozwoju

W artykule przedstawiono proces kształtowania się ustroju II Rzeczpo-spolitej i pokładanych nadziei na zrównoważony rozwój kraju. Zarysowano tradycjępolskiego parlamentaryzmu i wskazano na jego odrębność względem parlamentary-zmów innych krajów europejskich. Do tradycji tej usiłowało nawiązać odradzające siępo zaborach państwo polskie, przystosowując ją do struktury prawnej nowożytnego państwa liberalno-demokratycznego. Wejście II Rzeczpospolitej do grona państw po-siadających liberalno-demokratyczną konstytucję nie oznaczało, automatycznego za warstwą prawną, przeniesienia struktury społecznej, ekonomicznej i mentalnej. W dniach 13 i 14 sierpnia 1966 r. ks. prymas Stefan Wyszyński wziął udział w uroczystościach liturgicznych w Opolu i Kamieniu Śląskim w ramach obchodów milenium chrztu w Polsce. Wygłosił wtedy kazania w Opolu 13 i 14 sierpnia, a także 14 sierpnia w Kamieniu Śląskim. Zaangażowanie ówczesnych lokalnych władz, milicji czy Służby Bezpieczeństwa w niwelowanie znaczenia tych obchodów, a zarazem treść przesłania, z jakim do swoich rodaków zwrócił się w Opolu i Kamieniu Śląskim z 1966 r. prymas Wyszyński, dowodzą, że trudno było pozostać obojętnym wobec tego nauczania. W pracy przedstawiono przegląd informacji na temat występowania widłaczka torfowego Lycopodiella inundata (L.) Holub oraz opisano nowe stanowiska zlokalizowane w stawach hodowlanych na Śląsku. W Polsce gatunek ten należy do bardzo rzadkich składników flory. W trakcie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzony został na tym obszarze na 8 stanowiskach. Zagrożeniem dla taksonu na Śląsku, jak i w Europie jest postępująca sukcesja roślinności na stanowiskach.

Abstract Background We assessed the 10-year efficacy, immunogenicity and safety of two doses of a combined measles-mumps-rubella-varicella vaccine (MMRV) or one dose of a monovalent varicella vaccine (V) in children from Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. Abstract Fires can heavily impact forest ecosystems but fire consequences for animal communities at burned and control sites are rarely investigated in natural forests. Here we present a 10-year study of post-fire beetle succession in natural ecosystem of Bialowieza Primeval Forest, Poland, being a hotspot for beetle fauna. We sampled beetles at burned and unburned (control) sites and compared local alpha and regional gamma diversity between treatments and over time. New faunistic data on the occurrence of flat-bugs Aradidae in Poland are presented. Data concerning a total of 13 species of flat-bugs are presented, including five species very rarely collected in Poland: Aradus bimaculatus, A. brevicollis, A. erosus, A. truncatus and Mezira tremulae. The distributional data relating to rarely collected species and information about their biology is reviewed.

The Eurosceptic turnabout which has taken place in the CEE constitutes one of the most significant factors weakening the cohesion of the EU. In this group, Poland is the key element in view of its size and the status of the ‘poster boy’ of Europeanization acquired in the previous years. This paper analyses the major trends in the European policy of the Polish governments in the long-term period of 1990–2018 on the basis of standardized data (addresses by the Polish ministers of foreign affairs) and a quantitative analysis. W artykule dokonano analizy właściwości ukraińsko-polskiej współpracy transgranicznej, która jest realizowana w ramach współpracy między regionami przygranicznymi sąsiadujących ze sobą państw i przejawia się w różnych formach. Przeanalizowano wpływ współpracy transgranicznej na funkcjonowanie ukraińsko-polskiej granicy państwowej, w szczególności wzmacnianie jej funkcji kontaktowej i międzynarodowej. Zbadano determinanty funkcjonowania euroregionów, obejmujących tereny przygraniczne Polski i Ukrainy.
