Gobernanza y educación superior: fomento de la cultura emprendedora

El fomento de la cultura emprendedora es un tema prioritario en la actual agenda de las políticas públicas de educación superior. El presente artículo analiza la experiencia del proyecto GAZE de fomento de la cultura emprendedora en el estudiantado de educación superior. El proyecto GAZE está basado en la gobernanza donde los usuarios finales de un programa de política pública orientado hacia el emprendimiento participan de su diseño. El artículo ofrece resultados empíricos de talleres de emprendimiento realizados con los estudiantes y un conjunto de recomendaciones de política pública elaboradas por el propio estudiantado.

Objective/Context: This paper explores the relationship between corporate networks and business influence to figure out the conditions of state capture. Methodology: We analyze corporate networks through interlocking directorates in three Central American countries - Panama, Costa Rica, and El Salvador - using network analysis, and we pinpoint the relationship between the structure of the corporate network and two corporate political actions: contributions to presidential campaigns and revolving doors. Positive ion extraction across the superfluid-vapor helium interface

The extraction efficiency of positive (219)Rn ions across the superfluid-vapor helium interface above similar to 1.3 K indicates that extraction results from thermal activation across a barrier of about 20 K. Below similar to 1.3 K, the extraction efficiency is constant at about 0.7%. The evaporation of the superfluid surface by second sound pulses has a negative impact on the ion extraction, but not on the ions themselves. It takes 3.2( 6) s at 1.60 K and 15( 6) s at 1.15 K for the extraction process to recover from a disturbed state of yet unknown nature.

This article analyzes the career paths of family business executives in institutional business elites in Finland using an empirical database based on a Bourdieusian prosopographical approach. The results indicate that career paths became more complex but shortened in length toward the beginning of the twenty-first century. The early career paths of family executives changed from positions as assistants and salesmen in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries to governance, chief executive officer (CEO), and management positions in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. AbstractA case-study of a litigation during the years 1566–1574 between merchants from Oudenaarde and the Corporation of Free Shippers in Ghent shows that the corporation's liability for damage caused by one of its members was controversial.
