La presente investigación tiene como finalidad describir cómo la ciudadanía ha contribuido a la elaboración de un Diagnóstico Territorial de Empleo (DET) promovido por la Generalitat Valenciana, previo al diseño de futuras políticas públicas para el fomento del empleo, en tres municipios alicantinos. Se consiguió a través de una Investigación-Acción-Participación (IAP). Dada la importante influencia de Marx y Engels en el análisis de la estructura social, no sorprende el notable impacto de su obra en el estudio del papel de la mujer en la familia. Sin embargo, su herencia en este ámbito sociológico ha dado lugar a interpretaciones muy polarizadas. Este artículo quiere aportar algo de luz evidenciando las contradicciones del marxismo al estudiar el papel de la mujer en la familia. In this paper, our aim is to widen the prevailing foundations of conceptual modeling theories and practices, particularly in the context of information systems development. The approach shifts the focus from the link between a model and the modelled reality to the link between human cognition and the model. Our approach combines theoretical issues of different disciplines relevant to conceptual modeling. We shall make an explicit distinction between individual conceptions and interpersonal concepts and show how this distinction could be utilized to have conceptual models of a better consistency.
