A partir de las circunstancias históricas de las Cortes de Cádiz y de los precedentes de la monarquía española, el artículo analiza la posición de la Jefatura del Estado monárquica en la Constitución de 1812 caracterizada como una «Monarquía moderada» basada en los principios estructurales de soberanía nacional y división de poderes que determinan la configuración del Rey como poder constituido en la nueva forma de gobierno. The regime of the execution of the sentence is analyzed, starting from the powers of declarative and executive substitution of the contentious-administrative judge. It begins with the reference to the constitutional guidelines of the administrative process. The history of the Romanian constitution and constitutionalism is closely linked to the 19th and 20th centuries. The 19th century meant the birth of the national unitary Romanian state and the building of the modern constitutional system by way of the massive constitutional transplant from the Western constitutional models. Breaking with the past was abrupt therefore just few ideas, institutions and practices remained as an organic linkage with the political and constitutional past.

AbstractA current research theme is to compare symbolic powers of an ideal I with the regular powers of I. In this paper, we focus on the case where I = IX is an ideal deûning an almost complete intersection (ACI) set of points X in ℙ1 × ℙ1. In particular, we describe a minimal free bigraded resolution of a non-arithmetically Cohen-Macaulay (also non-homogeneous) set 𝒵 of fat points whose support is an ACI, generalizing an earlier result of Cooper et al. for homogeneous sets of triple points. Automata and differentiable words

We exhibit the construction of a deterministic automaton that, given k > 0, recognizes the (regular) language of k-differentiable words. Our approach follows a scheme of Crochemore et al. based on minimal forbidden words. We extend this construction to the case of C\infinity-words, i.e., words differentiable arbitrary many times. We thus obtain an infinite automaton for representing the set of C\infinity-words. We derive a classification of C\infinity-words induced by the structure of the automaton. Then, we introduce a new framework for dealing with \infinity-words, based on a three letter alphabet. This allows us to define a compacted version of the automaton, that we use to prove that ev…

AbstractMoore automata represent a model that has many applications. In this paper we define a notion of coherent nondeterministic Moore automaton (NMA) and show that such a model has the same computational power of the classical deterministic Moore automaton. We consider also the problem of constructing the minimal deterministic Moore automaton equivalent to a given NMA. We propose an algorithm that is a variant of Brzozowski’s minimization algorithm in the sense that it is essentially structured as reverse operation and subset construction performed twice.
