Tämän tutkielman tarkoitus oli selvittää, millä tavoin pianonsoiton ammattiopiskelijat käyttävät mentaaliharjoittelua osana harjoittelustrategioitaan. Selvitin puolistrukturoidun kyselykaavakkeen avulla pianonsoiton ammattiopiskelijoiden mentaaliharjoittelun käyttöä, ja siihen liittyviä asenteita mentaaliharjoittelun tapojen, -kohteiden ja -ehtojen konteksteissa.
