The institution of the Real Audiencia in the kingdom of Sardinia since the 1560s is part of a wider process which saw the rise and development of royal supreme courts of justice in several European countries of the early modern period. In fact, major State formation processes all around Europe required that monarchs increased their control on local authorities and that new increasingly centralised systems of judicial review gained precedence over all particular jurisdictions, feudal as well as municipal. This brought about a dramatic transformation in the field of criminal law enforcement and administration of justice.

Precedenta fenomenu korpusa evolūcija. – Rīga, 2016. g. – 92 lpp. Darbs ir veltīts precedenta fenomenu izpētei mūsdienu Latvijas krievvalodīgos periodiskajos izdevumos un precedenta fenomenu, kas ietilpst divu dažādu krievu diasporas paaudžu kognitīvajā bāzē, korpusa apzināšanai. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek veikts zinātniskās literatūras pārskats un kritiskā analīze, kas ir veltīta precedenta fenomenu izpētei. Darba praktiskajā darbā ar anketēšanas metodes palīdzību tiek noskaidrots, kādas vienības ietilpst divu dažādu paaudžu krievvalodīgo references grupu precedenta fenomenu korpusā. Pētījums var būt interesants lingvistiem, kā arī visiem, kuri interesējas par šo tematu.

Diplomdarba ietvaros tiek pētīti intīmo aksesuāru zīmolu vizuāli stilistiskie aspekti. Tiek pielietotas pētījuma metodes - dizaina paraugu (220 vienības) analīze un kvalitatīvā (5 vienību) zīmolu grafiskās stilistikas analīze. Apkopojot iegūtos rezultātus, tiek iezīmēta kopīgā intīmpreču un aksesuāru zīmolu stilistika – melnās, baltās, sarkanās un rozā krāsas pielietojums logo, grafikā maz izmanto dekoratīvas elementus, netiek pielietoti specifiski simboli, fotogrāfijās uzsvars tiek likts uz aksesuāriem, atstājot modeļus otrajā plānā. Purpose: Quantification of left and right ventricular function using MRI in young cancer patients treated with cardiotoxic anthracyclines. Materials and Methods: Twenty-eight patients (mean age 16.4 years) underwent cardiac MRI at 1.5 T. The study protocol consisted of morphologic T2-weighted images with fat suppression and cine steady-state free precession sequences (SSFP) for functional analysis. The development of faster gradient-echo sequences and stronger magnetic fields has led to improved temporal and spatial resolution.
