Il contributo analizza la 'spinosa' questione della testimonianza del Presidente della Repubblica Napolitano nel processo sulla c.d. trattativa Stato mafia, i cui punti nevralgici sono individuati nell'oggetto della prova, nel diniego della revoca dell'ordinanza ammissiva e nel diniego della partecipazione degli imputati all'assunzione della prova dichiarativa. In particolare si critica quest'ultimo profilo in patente violazione col diritto sancito dal giusto processo di cui al comma 3 dell'art. 111 Cost.

Assessing uncertainty of voter transitions estimated from aggregated data. Application to the 2017 French presidential election

[EN] Inferring electoral individual behaviour from aggregated data is a very active research area, with ramifications in sociology and political science. A new approach based on linear programming is proposed to estimate voter transitions among parties (or candidates) between two elections. Compared to other linear and quadratic programming models previously published, our approach presents two important innovations. Firstly, it explicitly deals with new entries and exits in the election census without assuming unrealistic hypotheses, enabling a reasonable estimation of vote behaviour of young electors voting for the first time. Tässä pro gradu –työssä tavoitteena on kuvata ja selittää Yhdysvaltojen 45:nnen presidentin, Donald Trumpin poliittista retoriikkaa hänen presidentinvaalien sekä presidenttikauden aikaisia puheitaan analysoimalla. Aihetta tutkittiin dramatistisen teorian tarjoamien pääkäsitteiden kautta ja se toteutettiin tekstipohjaisena retorisena analyysinä. Analyysistä saatuja tuloksia peilattiin tulosten pohdintavaiheessa dramatistisen teoriataustan lisäksi myös yleiseen poliittiseen viestintään, presidentti-ja kampanjaretoriikkaan sekä populismiin. In 1949 the Parisian weekly Syrena published an anonymous satire on President August Zaleski. As it later turned out, it was written by Wojciech Wasiutyński, a well-known journalist and activist of the Stronnictwo Narodowe (National Party). Wasiutyński was not informed about the decision to publish his text and was outraged, demanding compensation. The editorial team explained that the anonymous copies of the satire had circulated among Polish immigrants. The issue echoed a far more significant debate concerning the office of the President of Poland in exile.
