Darbs “Ar CMS WordPress veidotu tīmekļa vietņu drošības analīze” ir pētījums par eksistējošām ievainojamībām, to draudiem vietnei un iespējamiem risinājumiem. Darbu veido 50 lappuses. Izmantotās literatūras sarakstu veido 37 avoti. Darba mērķis bija izpētīt zināmas ievainojamības, kādas sekas var būt pēc uzbrukuma un kā var pasargāt savu vietni no šiem ievainojumiem. Darba gaitā apskatīti iespējamie risinājumi un scenāriji populārākajām ievainojamībām pēc OWASP atjaunotā saraksta. Tika parādīts, ka drošību pasākumu neievērošana var krietni pazemināt drošības līmeni. Rezultātā ir apskatīti vairāki risinājumi, no tiem bija izvēlēti vairāki un tie tika ievēroti tīmekļa vietnes izstrādes laikā.…

Psychometric properties and factor structure of the Satisfaction with Life Scale in an elderly Portuguese retirees students sample

El objetivo principal de este estudio ha sido analizar las propie- dades psicométricas de la escala de Satisfacción con la Vida (SWLS) en una muestra de 363 estudiantes jubilados pertenecientes a varias universidades portuguesas. El 70% de los participantes eran mujeres frente a un 30% de hombres, con una media de edad de 67 años (SD = 7.59) y un rango de edad comprendido entre 48 y 90 años. Se realizó un Análisis Factorial Ex- ploratorio con R Commander y un Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio con Amos 18.0. El modelo que obtuvo un mejor ajuste estaba compuesto por un único factor. È stato effettuato uno studio di caso ispirato ai principi pedagogici della prospettiva Student Voice. Venticinque studenti universitari hanno partecipato, tra il mese di novembre 2015 e il mese di febbraio 2016, a due attività formative: tre sessioni di scrittura espressiva e quattro colloqui individuali di peer-tutoring. Although predation is commonly thought to exert the strongest selective pressure on coloration in aposematic species, sexual selection may also influence coloration. Specifically, polymorphism in aposematic species cannot be explained by natural selection alone. Males of the aposematic wood tiger moth (Arctia plantaginis) are polymorphic for hindwing coloration throughout most of their range. In Scandinavia, they display either white or yellow hindwings. Female hindwing coloration varies continuously from bright orange to red. Redder females and yellow males suffer least from bird predation. Neuronal effects of Sugammadex in combination with Rocuronium or Vecuronium.

Rocuronium (ROC) and Vecuronium (VEC) are the most currently used steroidal non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking (MNB) agents. Sugammadex (SUG) rapidly reverses steroidal NMB agents after anaesthesia. The present study was conducted in order to evaluate neuronal effects of SUG alone and in combination with both ROC and VEC. Using MTT, CASP-3 activity and Western-blot we determined the toxicity of SUG, ROC or VEC in neurons in primary culture. SUG induces apoptosis/necrosis in neurons in primary culture and increases cytochrome C (CytC), apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF), Smac/Diablo and Caspase 3 (CASP-3) protein expression. Regulation of hdc expression and HDC activity by enological factors in lactic acid bacteria.

Aims: The aim of this work was to study the influence of enological factors on the histidine decarboxylase gene (hdc) expression and on histidine decarboxylase enzyme (HDC) activity in Lactobacillus hilgardii, Pediococcus parvulus and Oenococcus oeni. Methods and Results: Cell extracts and whole cells were used. Glucose, fructose, malic acid and citric acid diminished the hdc expression. Ethanol did not increase hdc expression or activity in cells, but increased HDC activity. Temperature and pH had effect on the activity of HDC but not on hdc expression.
