The essay deals with the issue of causation in private law, referring to the broad debate that commits the scholars of criminal law. The basic idea is that in the area of private law, both in the law in action and in the reflections of the doctrine, the causal judgment must be conducted more rigorously. Background: There have been few studies of children's cognitive development in relation to mothers' cell phone use, and most were limited to outcomes at age 3 years or younger. We examined the relationship between maternal cell phone use during pregnancy and cognitive performance in 5-year old children. Abstract Background The vesicular B0AT3 transporter (SLC6A17), one of the members of the SLC6 family, is a transporter for neutral amino acids and is exclusively expressed in brain. Here we provide a comprehensive expression profile of B0AT3 in mouse brain using in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry. Results We confirmed previous expression data from rat brain and used a novel custom made antibody to obtain detailed co-labelling with several cell type specific markers. B0AT3 was highly expressed in both inhibitory and excitatory neurons. Purpose: This study examined the long-term clinical performance of the scalloped NobelPerfect implant in a one-stage procedure (immediate loading in the esthetic zone). Materials and Methods: In 20 patients, immediate prosthetic restorations were placed on 31 NobelPerfect implants in a private practice and followed for up to 78 months. Il saggio affronta l'istituto della cessione del credito e si interroga sulla reale portata dogmatica. In particolare, l'autore si sofferma sugli effetti che la cessione del credito determina sul rapporto obbligatorio. La modificazione di quest'ultimo che la cessione produce sta alla base della regola di cui all'art. 1264 c.c., che, a dispetto di quanto ritenuto dalla dottrina largamente prevalente, non contiene una disposizione sull'efficacia relativa della cessione, ma disciplina la fase conclusiva del procedimento di modificazione del lato attivo dell'obbligazione.
