Delocalized variable plans pose problems for novice programmers trying to read and write programs. Variable-oriented programming is a programming paradigm that emphasizes the importance of variable-related plans, and localizes actions pertaining to each variable together in one place in the program code. This paper revisits the idea of variable-oriented programming and shows how it can be founded on roles of variables: stereotypes of variable use suitable for teaching to novices. Implementation science has been developed to help understand why evidence-based practices are not adopted as rapidly as they might. We describe here the process a rehabilitation center in Paraguay is undergoing to transform itself into a state-of-the-art early intervention program. We describe the organization and its contextual strengths and barriers, the model it chose to implement, and the implementation procedures it has attempted. Abstract Background Schools are key settings for delivering mental illness prevention in adolescents. Data on stakeholders’ attitudes and factors relevant for the implementation of Internet-based prevention programmes are scarce. Methods Stakeholders in the school setting from Austria and Spain were consulted. Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the status of radiology quality improvement programs in a variety of selected nations worldwide. Methods: A survey was developed by select members of the International Economics Committee of the American College of Radiology on quality programs and was distributed to committee members. Members responded on behalf of their country. The 51-question survey asked about 12 different quality initiatives which were grouped into 4 themes: departments, users, equipment, and outcomes. Darbs ir veltīts uzdevumam par preču optimālo plūsmu transporta tīklā, kuru modelē, lietojot grafu ar indeksētiem lokiem. Problēma ir apskatīta ar nestriktiem parametriem un risināta, lietojot nestriktās lineārās programmēšanas metodi. Optimālās plūsmas problēmai atbilstošais nestriktās programmēšanas uzdevums ir reducēts uz klasisko diskrētās programmēšanas uzdevumu ar papildus lēmuma pieņemšanas parametriem, kura risināšanai tiek pielietots sazarošanās un robežu algoritms. Aprakstītā metode ir aprobēta, analizējot skaitliskus piemērus un veicot iegūto rezultātu analīzi atkarībā no lēmumu pieņemšanas parametriem.
