The paper discusses highly important issues related to the practice of logistics project planning under conditions of certainty, risk, and uncertainty. This process requires the use of a variety of planning information (complete or incomplete, express or implied) as well as the generation of new knowledge. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt apstākļa vārdu lietojumu ES fondu finansētos projektu pārskatos. Šis darbs ir aktuāls angļu valodas runātajiem, kas ir iesaistīti CORDIS failu sastādīšanā un rediģēšanā. Literatūras pārskats izlūko apstākļa vārdu un apstākļa palīgteikuma teoriju, kā arī diskursa, diskursa analīzes un institucionālās valodas koncepcijas. Kas attiecas uz metodoloģiju, pētījumam ir kvalitatīvs raksturs ar kvantitatīviem elementiem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek veikts sekundāro avotu pārskats. Šis darbs ir aktuāls angļu valodas lietotājiem, strādājošiem Eiropas Komisijā, kas ir iesaistīti projektu pārskatu sagatavošanā un rediģēšanā. Literatūras pārskats ietver nenoteiksmes teoriju un praktisko izmantošanu, kā arī diskursa, diskursa analīzes uninstitucionālās valodas jēdzienus.
