Lasten leiriryhmän ryhmäprosessi ja sen ohjaaminen

Pro gradu -tutkimuksessamme tutkimme lasten leiriryhmien ryhmäprosesseja ja niiden eri vaiheita. Tutkimuksemme teoriapohjana toimii Tuckmanin (1965) malli, jonka mukaan ryhmäprosessi käsittää viisi eri vaihetta: ryhmän muotoutuminen, kuohunta, yhteistoiminnan syntyminen, kypsä toiminta ja ryhmän hajoaminen. Tutkimuksella tahdoimme selvittää, toteutuvatko nämä vaiheet myös lyhytkestoisissa lapsiryhmissä. Tämän lisäksi tutkimme ryhmäprosessin aikana ilmeneviä haasteita ohjaajien näkökulmasta sekä keinoja, joilla näihin haasteisiin pyritään vastaamaan. Management groups are an essential part of the management system in Finnish hospitals. Nevertheless, only a few empirical studies have, to date, focused on public sector management teams. This study aims to understand social interaction in management team meetings by describing 1) how management team members participate during meetings and 2) what types of participant roles are constructed during meetings. Three consecutive meetings of an operational area-level management team were videoed. The social interaction was analyzed using the Bales’ Interaction Process Analysis. The set includes several essential services for researchers to help them execute an open and responsible research process. The continuous improvement of research support services has led to an interlinked, integrated and harmonious set of technical solutions, processes and workflows which meet the needs of researchers and help them implement open science and FAIR policies in practice. In my case study, I used two composing tasks to examine how the inclusive composing method (OSM) I have developed promotes the achievement of the aims of the new core curriculum for basic education 2014 and realises the core metaphors of learning. I have created a learning triangle tool to determine how the musical contents, the principles for developing working culture and the goals of music teaching, transversal competences and national education are linked with the latter. Eye tracking is a widely used method for recording eye movements, which are important indicators of ongoing cognitive processes during the viewing of a target stimulus. Despite the variety of applications, the analyses of eye movement data have been lacking of methods that could take both the spatial and temporal information into account. So far, most of the analyses are based on strongly aggregated measures, because eye movement data are considered to be complex due to their richness and large variation between and within the individuals.
