Na podstawie analizy przestrzennego rozmieszczenia parków narodowych i obszarów chronionego krajobrazu Polski (parki krajobrazowe), Czech, Słowacji i Węgier oceniono czy tworzone w poszczególnych krajach systemy ochrony przyrody i krajobrazu są reprezentatywne również dla prowincji fizycznogeograficznych w granicach państw. Stwierdzono znaczną reprezentatywność w prowincjach głównie górskich i wskazano na dalsze możliwości ochrony. Celem pracy jest wykazanie aktualnych problemów prawnych w związku z ewolucją dystrybucji treści cyfrowych oraz próbą wskazania możliwych innych kierunków zmian w podejściu do sposobu zakupu treści cyfrowej wraz z upowszechnieniem się novum w postaci rozproszonego konsensusu. Ten ostatni spowodował rozpowszechnienie się technologii łańcucha bloków, która wedle koncepcji wizjonerów ma w przyszłości pozwolić na rozproszone usługi hostingowe połączone z nowym podejściem do dystrybucji treści cyfrowych bez nośnika – zarówno dla konsumentów, jak i autorów zdigitalizowanych dzieł.

Currently the Sicilian system of protected areas appears to be extremely advanced with its 12% of territory protected by regional regulations versus the nationwide average of 11%, but it is also the most contradictory one. Even today a large number of protected areas- also small ones - are subject to strong anthropogenic pressure, which favor fragmentation. Lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) is a promising natural lysophospholipid which can be employed as a growth regulator for horticultural purposes. The present research was accomplished to investigate the effects of LPE (0 or 10 ppm) on the yield and quality of “Savana” strawberry plants grown during two consecutive cultivation cycles (I (2020–2021); II (2021–2022)). Plants cultivated in year I and treated with LPE revealed the highest total yield (838.3 g plant−1), marketable yield (735.4 g plant−1) and average marketable fruit weight (39.8 g plant−1). Abstract According to the Global Strategy for Plant Conservation, 75% of endangered species should be preserved in ex situ collections till 2020. The genus Liparis has a lot of recognised taxons, but only one species, Liparis loeselii (L.) Rich., grows in Europe. L. loeselii is a rare and endangered orchid species occurring in Europe. The paper presents unpublished data on the occurrence of rare, protected species of saproxylic beetles: Osmoderma barnabita, Protaetia speciosissima, Lucanus cervus and Cerambyx cerdo in the Opole voivodeship (south-western Poland), together with maps of distribution. The paper also includes comments on the current situation of these species in the region and predictions about possible changes in their population trends. New sites of these rare beetles significantly improve the knowledge about their distribution in the region and will help local authorities in investments planning and natural resource management.

Do budowy opolskiego odcinka autostrady A-4 przystąpiono latem 1997 r. Niedługo po rozpoczęciu budowy zaczęły się ostre protesty organizacji ekologicznych. Kością niezgody stał się jej odcinek przecinający Park Krajobrazowy Góra Świętej Anny, bezpośrednio sąsiadujący również ze ścisłym rezerwatem przyrody Ligota Dolna, chroniącym rzadką roślinność ciepłolubną.
