The aim of the present study was to examine how team composition of players with different roles constrains individual and collective tactical behaviours, and ball possession effectiveness, during competitive 3 vs 3 small-sided and conditioned games (SSCGs) in youth soccer players. Background: The present study tested Lee et al.’s (2008) model of moral attitudes and cheating behavior in sports in an Italian sample of young tennis players and extended it to predict behavior in actual match play. In the first phase of the study we proposed that moral, competence and status values would predict prosocial and antisocial moral attitudes directly, and indirectly through athletes’ goal orientations. This study aims to explore how employees use sensemaking to resolve emotionally tense situations concerning organizational sustainability. La investigación previa indica que la estabilidad emocional, como rasgo de personalidad, tiene una repercusión relevante sobre el comportamiento humano. Dicha estabilidad tiene dos dimensiones: El “umbral de alteración emocional” (facilidad para experimentar estados emocionales alterados) y la “resiliencia emocional” (la capacidad para recuperarse de las emociones negativas y volver a la estabilidad emocional).
