Ziel Ziel der Studie ist es, den spezifischen Versorgungsbeitrag von Krebsberatungsstellen (KBS) sowohl aus Sicht der Ratsuchenden wie aus Sicht der Zuweisenden in den Blick zu nehmen. Methodik Qualitatives Design mittels leitfadengestutzter face-to-face-Interviews mit Krebspatient/innen/Angehorigen und telefonischer Einzelinterviews mit Zuweisenden. Ergebnisse Insgesamt wurden 43 Ratsuchende und 30 Zuweisende befragt. Abstract Nursing theories have been developed to provide guidance in clinical practice, so their knowledge by nurses is mandatory in order to provide advanced nursing care. This paper presents the relationships between the concepts and major assumptions of Henderson’s model and Orem’s theory and then their comparative analysis. Both, Henderson’s model and Orem’s theory of self-care deficit have a major impact, internationally, in education and research, but also in nursing practice, as a result of which their knowledge can open a new perspective on care, especially in countries where they are not well enough known.

Abstract.THE ROLE OF SELF-ESTEEM IN HIV PREVENTION AMONG SPANISH YOUNG PEOPLE SELF-ESTEEM INFLUENCES ON SEXUAL DEVELOPMENT AND RELATIONSHIPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE.Aims to examine the effects of the self-esteem on HIV prevention, 467 young people from the Valencian Community (Mage = 20.62; SD = 2.14) completed the Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale and the Aids Prevention Questionnaire by Ballester et al. (2007). Results showed statistically significant positive correlation between self-esteem and self-efficacy in condom use (p = .000), perceived competence (p = .041) or number of sexual partners (p = .001).
