Yhä useampi suomalainen vanhustyöntekijä harkitsee nykyisen työnsä lopettamis-ta. Artikkelin mukaan työntekijöiden psykofyysinen kuormitus on selvästi keskeisin lopettamisaikeita ennustava tekijä. Lisäksi lopettamisaikeita ennustavat epäkohdat työn sisällössä ja lähijohtamisessa.
