Reproduction behaviors : permanencies and changes : for a contextual and dynamic approach of the fertility

Current levels of African fertility are, for most observers, the expression of a continuation of traditional values of ancestral essence. For those observers, the traditional values continue to determine reproductive behavior, despite the economic, political and social changes. Based on the case of the Republic of Congo, dynamic and contextual analysis of these behaviors, reveal that these are rather clear break from the current level of fertility; they suggest significant unmet need for birth control. Cette étude vise à décrire et à comparer, selon la ruralité, les caractéristiques du transport en commun régulier et adapté de municipalités québécoises. Une enquête transversale a été menée à l’aide d’un questionnaire en ligne auprès d’organismes de transport, de deux rapports d’activités et de données ouvertes. Réparti de façon représentative dans 573 (50,4 %) municipalités et arrondissements du Québec, un échantillon de 72 (43,9 %) organismes de transport a été considéré. Des inégalités ont été surtout identifiées pour le transport régulier. Tribune publiée dans le quotidien Le Monde; Ce que l’Etat appelle désormais "vidéoprotection" et qu’il tente de généraliser à toutes les collectivités territoriales (et aux bailleurs sociaux) par une pression politique et une incitation financière, consiste à déployer des caméras dans l’espace public, dans les rues de nos villes et de nos villages, pour y surveiller tout en général et rien en particulier, en affirmant que cela aura des effets à la fois préventifs et répressifs permettant de diminuer la délinquance. Or, les évaluations scientifiques contredisent cette affirmation, remettant ainsi en question la bonne gestion de cet argent public.

Pharmaciens et coordination des soins primaires en France : quels enjeux ?

Multi-professional coordination is a strong axis of the reorganization of primary care in France. While this coordination concerns a priori all health professionals, some of them actually are still marginally involved. This article examines the challenges of integrating pharmacists into primary care in France. On the one hand, it is based on an analysis of experiments carried out in other health systems, and on their evaluations. On the other hand, it develops an initial reflection on the levers and obstacles that could explain in France, the poor integration of pharmacists but also on the challenges of a stronger presence of these professionals in the coordination of primary care.
