Este trabajo pretende contribuir al conocimiento existente sobre el proceso de creación de cooperativas de trabajo asociado (CTA) a partir de la aplicación de un método inductivo-deductivo como es la Teoría Fundamentada. Para ello se han realizado un total de 37 entrevistas en profundidad con los socios-promotores de CTA creadas en el periodo 2001-2002, todas ellas localizadas en la Comunidad Valenciana (España). Como resultado de la aplicación de la metodología se han identificado un total de 29 códigos substantivos o factores que influyen en el comportamiento de los socios fundadores en cada una de las fases del proceso de creación de la empresa. The purpose of this article was to iteratively account for and discuss the handling of methodological challenges in two qualitative research syntheses concerning patients’ experiences of hospital transition. We applied Sandelowski and Barroso’s guidelines for synthesizing qualitative research, and to our knowledge, this is the first time researchers discuss their methodological steps. In the process, we identified a need for prolonged discussions to determine mutual understandings of the methodology. A micro-analysis of the assimilation process in the linguistic therapy of evaluation

This paper reports a qualitative micro-analysis of the assimilation process in 18 events drawn from six patients treated in the linguistic therapy of evaluation. Each event began with a problematic situation introduced by the patient and ended with a marker showing either non-resolution or resolution of the problematic situation. These events all represented a common therapeutic task: The orders of abstraction technique, one of the main techniques of the linguistic therapy of evaluation. The objective of the study is to analyse the available evidence for the validity of the transillumination method in the diagnosis of interproximal caries. Bibliographic searches were carried out in three data bases (PubMed, Embase, Scopus) with the key words “Transillumination AND caries”. A total of 11 studies were selected for the qualitative analysis and meta-analysis. In the qualitative analysis, both in vivo and in vitro studies were included. The gold standards were tomography, digital radiography, and clinical visual diagnosis. Abstract In this work we analyze the reasons for changing pre-planned activities and travels episodes considering the type of modification observed during the scheduling process. Specifically we selected a small sample from those pre-planned episodes that are no executed at all as a pilot study. The data analyzed was collected in the first wave of a weekly activity-travel panel survey carried out in Valencia (Spain) in 2010.
