During the 2003 drought and heat wave event, douglas-fir and common beech stands in Burgundy have been heavily affected, and presented symptoms of dieback and mortality. Le sport en Franche-Comté : spécificité et organisation de l'espace régional

This paper is a multi-scale analysis of sports in the Franche-Comté region. After reviewing available data sources, the specificities of regional sport are highlighted such as the Nordic activities which are facilitated by the physical environment. Taking into account rates of club membership, the region is an intermediate space between West and South France while professional sport suffers from the absence of large cities. Finally, some regional patterns of sport organizations are examined examplified by three sports which have varying levels of diffusion.

Étude comparative de la température en forêt et en espace ouvert dans le parc naturel régional du Haut-Jura

Deux réseaux de stations sont utilisés pour évaluer les différences de température entre espaces ouverts et forestiers. Chacune des 14 stations gérées par Météo-France sur la montagne et les plateaux du Jura a été appariée à une station spécifique implantée dans la forêt la plus proche. Les minimums et maximums quotidiens enregistrés du 1ermai 2011 au 31 octobre 2013 permettent de mesurer les écarts de température entre ces couples de stations. Sous couvert forestier, les minimums sont plus doux de 1 à 2°C et les maximums plus frais de 3 à 4°C que dans les espaces ouverts.
