Il contributo ripercorre le fasi di ricerca finalizzate allo studio del Teatro greco romano e dell'Odèon di Catania, alla caratterizzazione della forme di degradazione delle testimonianze archeologiche ed alla definizione di un progetto di conservazione integrata da nuovi innesti architettonici e da un programma di rifunzionalizzazione dell'intero complesso. The contribution traces the research phases aimed at the study of the Greek-Roman Theater and the Odèon of Catania, at the characterization of the forms of degradation of the archaeological remains, and at the definition of a conservation project integrated by new architectures and by a re-functionalization program of the whole complex.

The polymorphic concept of the novel and the intertextuality of the literary genres characterize the work of Georges Perec, whose writing looks into different genres, codes and models and combines them in order to preserve the singularity of each of his works. The presence and the integration of migrants in the cities, leads to the articulation of new forms of urban life. By an empirical research conducted in 2007 in a suburb of the historical centre of Palermo, Palazzo Reale, the cognitive question that we posed to ourselves, was to observe whether the presence of migrants in an urban area traditionally “marginal” has triggered off a transformation in its structure and in the structure of the relationship between these spaces.
