Welfare service work is traditionally understood to comprise embodied, situational and social practices of care that are central to a worker’s professional self-image. Over the past few decades, public management reforms have called for reassessment of welfare service workers’ professional accountability through practices of medico-managerial service management. Ojcowie Reformacji: Marcin Luter i Jan Kalwin zakwestionowali kult obrazu. Posługiwali się różnymi argumentami. Marcin Luter dopuszczał obecność obrazów w przestrzeni kościelnej, a Jan Kalwin – nie. Ich teologia mocno oddziałała na Europę, tak że nawet katolicyzm w swej potocznej wrażliwości odszedł od rozumienia obrazu kultycznego, a wszedł w czas sztuki. Obraz przestał być pojmowany jako szczególne miejsce obecności (ikona), a zaczął funkcjonować jako dzieło sztuki, przestał być medium odnoszącym do oryginału, ale sam stał się oryginałem w sensie artystycznym.

2018. gada nodokļu reforma ietekmēja gandrīz ikviena Latvijas iedzīvotāja dzīvi, un, ņemot vērā, ka ir pagājuši gandrīz trīs gadi kopš tās realizēšanas sākuma 2018. gadā, darba autors uzskata par nepieciešamu izvērtēt nodokļu reformas efektivitāti, vājās puses, kā arī ar aprēķinu palīdzību izvērtēt patiesos ieguvumus neto ienākumos dažādām iedzīvotāju grupām. Kā lielākie nodokļu reformas ieguvēji tiek uzskatīti vismazāk pelnošie valsts iedzīvotāji, pateicoties pazeminātai IIN likme ienākumiem zem 1667 EUR mēnesī, kā arī dažāda veida nodokļu atvieglojumu apmēru palielināšanai. Finnish reform of the funding and provision of special education : the views of principals and municipal education administrators

This study examines the current state of special education provision and resources in Finland after the extensive reform of the government transfer system and Basic Education Act implemented in 2010–2011. Data were collected from a survey of compulsory school principals and from interviews with the highest-ranking officials in municipal education administration. The results show that participants viewed the Basic Education Act as having a more significant impact on the provision of special education than the reform of the government transfer system. The parliamentary form of government, lacking adequate stabilizing elements, generates inefficiencies and institutional dysfunctions. The changes that it has undergone have determined new balances between powers, which favor the Executive, and, within this, the monocratic role of the President of the Council of Ministers. These changes highlight even more the need to carry out institutional reforms that rationalize the strengthening of the head of government, providing for suitable counterweights, and restructuring the relationship of trust in order to ensure its stability.
