To attain this goal, a study of the new Tax crime configuration after 2012´ criminal reform is carried out, as well as a study of Act 34/2015.

Recently, the large-scale reforms of special education have been carried out in many countries. This study focuses on the latest Finnish reform of special education in compulsory education. As principals lead educational reforms in schools, their role in the implementation of reform is significant. The study explores principals’ views on the changes in support arrangements after the educational reform. We used latent class analysis to identify the subgroups of principals who share similar views. Z metodologicznego punktu widzenia podstawę do badań stanowią: biografia autorki oraz jej zakorzenienie w historii myśli wczesnego romantyzmu niemieckiego. W myśl wczesnych romantyków, a w szczególności Novalisa, Huch dążyła do swoistej syntezy między faktami historycznymi a sposobem postrzegania rzeczywistości przez piszącego artystę – ten jednocześnie myśląc o jemu współczesnych, kieruje się zamysłem pedagogicznym, którego nadrzędnym celem jest przestrzeganie zasad humanitaryzmu w społeczeństwie.

High mental illness prevalence in California state prisons has drawn much attention of scholars and policymakers in the past three decades. Various studies suggest that the mental illness prevalence in prison has increased from 0.14 to 0.3 from 1987 to 2014. The problem with a high concentration of mentally ill prisoners culminated when the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) was sued for the violation of inmates’ rights under the Eighth Amendment in the early 1990s. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo el estudio y análisis del reclutamiento mediante el proceso de quintas en la ciudad de Valencia y las poblaciones incluidas en su jurisdicción durante un período que se iniciaría en 1717 con la primera quinta que Felipe V realizó una vez finalizada la guerra de Sucesión. El año que cierra el período analizado corresponde a 1762, cuando tuvo lugar la última quinta realizada antes de la instauración por Carlos III de este proceso de reclutamiento con carácter anual. Decreased birth rate and aging population represent a treat to PAYG public pension systems implemented in countries of Central and Eastern Europe, due to the fact that the financing is direct dependent of the social contributions payed by the taxpayers active on labor market.
