Arteterapia w oddziaływaniach resocjalizacyjnych - w opiniach skazanych, pracowników Służby Więziennej i studentów pedagogiki resocjalizacyjnej

Autorka zaprezentowała problematykę zastosowania arteterapii w oddziaływaniach resocjalizacyjnych w kontekście trzech grup opinii: pracowników służby więziennej odbywających szkolenia z zakresu arteterapii, skazanych uczestniczących w zajęciach arteterapeutycznych w zakładach karnych, a także studentów kierunku pedagogika resocjalizacyjna, którzy przygotowując się do wykonywania zawodu, mają możliwość podczas studiów nabyć wiedzę i doświadczenie dotyczące możliwości zastosowania arteterapii w projektowaniu działań resocjalizacyjnych dla osób nieprzystosowanych społecznie. Całość dopełniają doniesienia z badań znanych polskich naukowców.

The ECHR Condemns Prison Overcrowding in Italy: The Total Reorganization of the Institution and the Social Reintegration of the Prisoner

The contribution analyses the current Italian prison system, which has been called upon on to resolve its structural problems. The Council of Europe, in fact, in 2013 condemned Italy for inhuman treatment in its prisons. The principal accusation concerns the problem of overcrowding. The country has responded with solutions such as the application of the open system, which provides cells solely for overnight stays, and dynamic monitoring, an effective system for ensuring order in the institutions. Towards a theory of ex-combatant reintegration

This paper encourages the development of a theoretical framework for the study of the reintegration of ex-combatants after war. It takes the first steps towards this by proposing a new definition of reintegration, where the processes ex-combatants experience, rather than the programmatic support offered by international and national agencies, take centre stage. The article links the study of reintegration to two broader disciplines; political economy and sociology, and in particular to the two disciplines’ account of power and group belonging. The factors such as dynamic changes in risky attitudes of adolescents and a growing awareness of parents create present need for support operations for families. There is a loophole in the Polish system regarding the support of the family in a situation where their children present addictive behavior such as: drug use, compulsive use of the internet and video games.
