Pupils with special educational needs have been shown to experience more problems in peer relationships than their peers. Comparative research across different educational settings has been limited though. The purpose of this study was to compare the peer relationships of fifth-graders with and without individualized education plans (IEP) in co-teaching and mainstream educational settings. In this paper we argue for the recognition of the expatriate’s family as a stakeholder of the firm during the expatriation. We demonstrate why the expatriate’s family can be regarded as a stakeholder of the parent company and what kind of a stakeholder the family is. Additionally, we argue that the parent company needs to develop and apply a holistic well-being orientation to show stakeholder responsibility in the international assignment (IA) arena. We apply the theory of stakeholder salience to the IA relationship because it provides a theoretical framework for integrating the family into the expatriation process. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot apmierinātības ar pāru attiecībām saistību ar personības iezīmēm - pāriem, kas ir kopā 3-12 mēnešus. Pētījumā piedalījās 60 respondenti, 45 sievietes un 15 vīrieši, vecumā no 18 līdz 75 gadiem. Pētījumā tika izmantotas anketas Lielais Piecinieks (Big Five Inventory (BFI); Benet-Martinez & John, 1998) un Pāru Apmierinātības Indekss ((Couple Satisfaction Index) Funk, J.L., & Rogge, R.D., 2007). Pētījumā tika secināts, ka pastāv negatīva korelācija starp neirotismu un apmierinātību ar pāru attiecībām. The challenge for enterprises to deliver successful projects in a climate of uncertainty is met by ensuring that stakeholders are engaged in a way that enhances their collaboration during project execution. The purpose of this paper is to present the most important characteristics of stakeholder relationship management in projects. The authors present a new approach to Company Stakeholder Responsibility that could be adopted for projects executed by enterprises and supply chains. The paper presents a case study based on a chosen logistics project.
