The topic of this study was the mineralogical and petrographic characterization of bedding mortars (made of different layers) and tesserae of Roman age (3rd century A.D.), taken from the mosaic of the Frigidarium of “Villa Bonanno”, brought to light by archaeological excavations conducted in the historical centre of Palermo. Anthropogenic expansion and loss of natural environments calls for the more sustainable use of resources, including land. To combine the conservation of highly valuable meadow habitat with reclamation of post‐industrial land, 1.3 ha of turf were translocated from an urban area to basins constructed near an abandoned quarry. In contrast to the usual method of choosing similar habitats as salvage sites, the selected quarry possessed different environmental properties to the meadows, challenging their acclimatisation. In order to limit the spread of COVID-19, states have gradually implemented restrictions mandating school and kindergarten closures, postponing academic semesters and prohibiting visits to nursing homes to protect the elderly, borders were closed, states prohibited physical contact with more than one person from outside one's household, and other restrictions. Niniejsze opracowanie odnosi się do zagadnień związanych z odpowiedzialnością odszkodowawczą Skarbu Państwa w stosunku do udziałowców dłużnika z tytułu błędnego orzeczenia o opcji upadłości likwidacyjnej zamiast o opcji restrukturyzacji. Postępowanie wszczyna się na wniosek uprawnionego. O otwarciu postępowania decyduje sąd. W praktyce może dojść do sytuacji, w której będą złożone konkurencyjne względem siebie wnioski: albo zmierzające do likwidacji majątku dłużnika, albo mające na celu jego restrukturyzację.
