Transitions in herd management of semi-domesticated reindeer in northern Finland. 45

In northern Finland, reindeer-herd management has experienced two major transitions: extensification of intensive herding, and development of supplementary/corral feeding in winter. The transistions were studied in six herding associations in different parts of the Finnish reindeer management area. It was suggested that intensive herding turns into more extensive forms as the reasons for intensive herding (predation, reindeer disappearing to foreign areas, protection of agricultural fields) gradually ceased to exist. Organe des « Jeunes-Turcs », ces officiers réformateurs brésiliens partis en Allemagne entre 1906 et 1912 pour finaliser leur formation, la revue militaire A Defeza Nacional demeure aujourd’hui l’un des principaux lieux d’exposition de la doctrine des forces armées. Dirigée par Bertholdo Klinger, elle popularisa la thèse du pouvoir conservateur des militaires, moins sous l’angle constitutionnel que sous l’aspect social, du fait des interférences du « pouvoir spirituel » du positivisme comtien.

El presente artículo se ocupa de dar razones en contra de la naturalización de la lógica, en tanto en cuanto esto signifique una revisión de esta ciencia. El trabajo critica cada uno de los intentos históricos importantes que ha habido de revisión de las leyes lógicas -- intuicionismo, lógica cuántica, lógicas alternativas - y también intenta argumentar que el problema de la interpretación de la mecánica cuántica no tiene nada que ver con la naturalización de la lógica. Characterization of thin plastic foils for applications in X-ray optics technology

Thin plastic foils are being investigated to build shell optics for X-ray telescopes. Compared to polished glass optics, the advantage is in terms of increased collecting area, light weight and lower cost. Plastic material is also desirable to allow deformation into a complete surface of revolution. We collected plastic materials of common use for industrial applications and also specialty materials developed for the electronic industry. The aim of this article is to analyze two visions of socialism, one - revolutionary (epitomized by the Ernesto Che Guevara), second - reformist (epitomized by the Polish journalist and politician Mieczysław F. Rakowski). Paper contains four chapters. Firstly, author compares both persons to main characters of the famous Cervantes book, Don Quixote and Sancho Panza.
