Differentiation in the EU has substantially increased. It does not only refer to instances of (differentiation in) integration, but also (potential) disintegration. Differentiation can often be causally traced back to crises, yet it should not be equated with ‘crisis’. Abstract Objective Though body exposure seems to enhance outcome in cognitive-behavioural therapy of anorexia and bulimia nervosa, the underlying mechanisms are still unknown. Methods Participants with eating disorders (ED; n = 21) and normal controls (NC; n = 28) were exposed to their own bodies in front of a mirror for 40 minutes under standardized conditions. Emotions, cognitions, and saliva cortisol were assessed every 10 minutes during body exposure. Heart rate and skin conductance were recorded continuously. SUMMARYImmunosuppressive therapy with methotrexate (MTX) has been established as effective treatment for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. To analyse the therapeutic potential and mechanisms of action of MTX, we determined serum cytokine levels and cytokine production by splenic T cells and macrophages in untreated and MTX-treated mice. Furthermore, we assessed the role of MTX in a murine model of experimental arthritis induced by collagen type II (CIA). Still missing is the measurement of the flux of neutrinos produced in the CNO cycle. Malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) is a rare and lethal cancer associated to asbestos exposure. Currently, the pemetrexed and cisplatin combination chemotherapy remains the only approved treatment. In the last 5 years, a growing knowledge on mesothelioma pathobiology has translated into the development of multiple novel therapeutic strategies.1 One of the largest reports of comprehensive genomic profiling of MPM was conducted by Bueno and colleagues.
