Artikkelissa luomme katsauksen vammaisten lasten tutkimuksessa tapahtuneisiin tutkimusparadigman muutoksiin. Pohdimme, millaiset vammaisuuteen liittyvät käsitykset ja määritelmät vaikuttavat siihen, miten tutkimme ”vammaista lasta”. Tarkastelemme muutoksia vammaisuuden määrittelyssä ja määrittelyjen vaikutuksia käytäntöihin erityisesti koulutuksellisen inkluusion kontekstissa. Määritelmät ja tutkimusorientaatiot ovat muuttuneet vammaisten yhteiskunnallisen aseman muutoksien myötä. 1980-luvulta lähtien haavoittuvuuden sijaan tutkimuksessa on kiinnitetty huomiota lasten oikeuksiin ja heidän toimijuutensa. ABSTRACT This article analyzes the main contributions of the feminist movements in order to understand the complex phenomenon of the prostitution and its different strategies of vindication, recognition and protection of the human rights of women inserted in this activity.

Resumen: Las situaciones de crisis son poco propicias para sostener reivindicaciones igualitaristas, tanto por el lado de la desinversión en medidas reparadoras de la desigualdad como por el de la presión de sectores refractarios a la emancipación. Se revelan así algunos déficits sustanciales en la producción reciente de ciencia social y de políticas públicas desde la perspectiva del género, incapaces aún de aportar una cultura antidiscriminatoria consistente. RESUMEN Este trabajo muestra el enfrentamiento entre dos modelos que, para solucionar la cuestión femenina, ofrecen su particular definición del sujeto. Desde la posición denominada de la Igualdad de género, el sujeto se define por una esencia mínima común al ser humano, abierta al diálogo y referente a unas cualidades humanas conectadas con la dignidad. Was not the labour problem the same everywhere? The paper attempts to answer this question by proposing a re-interpretation of flexicurity through the comparison with the economic concepts of externalities and distortion of competition. After a methodological and epistemological premise, based on a multidisciplinary literature, the paper - critically addresses the origins of flexicurity and argues that it lacks an archetypical definition, especially in the formulation of the EU Commission. Construction of the A-4 Motorway section in the Opole Region begun in Summer 1997. Very soon vigorous resistance of ecological NGOs was encountered. The bone of contention was the section of motorway that passes through the Góra Świętej Anny Landscape Park and verges the natural reserve of strict protection Ligota Dolna where rare species of thermophilic plants are sheltered. Between 2011 and 2013 a detailed mycological, geobotanical, floristic and fauna research took place within the right-of-way of the A-4 Motorway section crossing the Góra Świętej Anny Landscape Park in the Opole Region.
