Kulttuuritoiminta ylioppilaskunnissa : millaisia ovat suomalaisten ylioppilaskuntien kulttuuritoiminnan toimintamallit?
2017
Slow Populations and Tourism
2013
Our initial perspective is that the dynamics of territories and cities/towns that are tourist resorts (or aspire to being one) can be analysed from the point of view of the ‘population’ concept, dear to a certain trend in socio-spatial analysis. Our chapter concentrates particularly on those who, by need or will, pass through places without their own vehicle, but using collective or public transport, as well as walking or cycling, rather than by walker or wheelchair. These ‘slow populations’ enter into a relation with the places they visit or stay at, with the people who live there and the other tourists, following certain methods of which we suggest a sort of classification, aimed at a bet…
The Smart Land Paradigm in the Sicani Territorial Archipelago
2017
With the aim to identify the specific identities of the Sicani territory, to interpret them in a perspective of innovative development and to define strategies capable of intercepting programming in progress, it has been deepened the “territorial archipelago” theoretical framework , recognizing it into the Sicani territory and trying to use it as the base of a possible development of a Smart Land, as a “non-gravitational” paradigm able to recognize and to direct the new relations of the rur-urban local systems.

Loss of density-dependence and incomplete control by dominant breeders in a territorial species with density outbreaks
2011
Background: A territory as a prerequisite for breeding limits the maximum number of breeders in a given area, and thus lowers the proportion of breeders if population size increases. However, some territorially breeding animals can have dramatic density fluctuations and little is known about the change from density-dependent processes to density-independence of breeding during a population increase or an outbreak. We suggest that territoriality, breeding suppression and its break-down can be understood with an incomplete-control model, developed for social breeders and social suppression. Results: We studied density dependence in an arvicoline species, the bank vole, known as a territorial …
2000
In south-eastern France, the récent Bell-Beaker culture is marked by the presence of a regional Rhône-Provence group having complex relationships with other régional Bell-Beaker and regional final Neolithic groups. The analysis from a spatial point of view and at different levels (cultural space, territory, land) leads to a better knowledge of prehistoric geography and also to raises other questions, such as chronology, history of populations and socio-economic models.
Urbanistica partecipata. Modelli ed esperienze
2011
THE STRUCTURE OF SOIL CADASTRE. A MODEL OF SOIL INVENTORY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND TAXATION PURPOSES IN A GLOBALISED MARKET
2018
The author shows the development of a structure, derived from the processing and integration of Ground Cadastre, where all soil characteristics are described. The soil is considered as divided according to the updated concept of cadastral parcel (soil and topographic uniformity of ownership and municipality). The land use is also assessed with reference to sustainability, taxation and environmental risk prevention. The structure of Soil Cadastre can contribute to the bureaucratic simplification of agricultural policies and environmental emergencies, as well as product presentation and traceability. Through the updating of some characteristics by professionals, the cadastre can become eviden…
Artefici del nostro futuro
2014
