Since the introduction of flexible videoendoscopy, evaluating diseases in the distal colon using rectoscopy has become less important. Aim To evaluate the use of spiral CT in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Material and methods 93 female patients with suspicious or uncertain mammographic findings were examined by CT before and after contrast enhancement according to the following practical method: table movement, 6 mm/s, slice thickness 6 mm, increment 4 mm, contrast 200 ml, injection rate 3 ml/s, scan start 50 s after the beginning of the injection. Histological confirmation was present in 85 patients. Results All 44 invasive carcinomas were recognised. They were characterised by intensive focal contrast uptake. The role of traffic calming schemes in urban network management is mainly to minimize undesirable effect of traffic in residential areas; in this context accident reduction can be a realistic objective. In this presentation, I will show a case study of smart monitoring applied on pavement road to detect the distresses and verify the real state of life of the infrastructures. This report presents the results of a second series of excavations carried out between the oppidum of Boviolles and the ancient city of Nasium. It affects an occupation dated between La Tène D2 and the beginning of the augustean period, characterized by a causeway linking the two entities, a level delivering traces of artisanal activities, wells and a cooking kiln. This occupation is also characterized by the presence of the Roman army embodied in many militaria. This presence is central to the issue of the development of the ancient settlement of Nasium.
