Narratives and Counter-Narratives about Radicalization: Experiences of Moderation of an Online Communication Campaign

This paper presents the results of a cyber-ethnographic study. The research analyzes the dynamics that make, calm and increase the radicalization narratives. This study is part of the Oltre project (ISF - DG Migration and Home Affairs, EU) which directly involved 42 Italian and second generation youths in the dissemination and moderation of an online communication campaign in order to prevent radicalized behaviors. Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania jest udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytanie czy uregulowany w ustawie Prawo upadłościowe katalog sposobów zabezpieczenia majątku dłużnika na etapie postępowania w przedmiocie ogłoszenia upadłości ma charakter otwarty czy zamknięty? Prezentowana jest teza, że katalog sposobów zabezpieczenia ma charakter otwarty. W konsekwencji dopuszczalnym sposobem zabezpieczenia majątku dłużnika jest uchylenie zajęcia egzekucyjnego wierzytelności przysługujących dłużnikowi. Uchylenie zajęcia egzekucyjnego wierzytelności przysługujących dłużnikowi nie zostało wprost przewidziane przez ustawę jako sposób zabezpieczenia majątku dłużnika.
Orientacja procesowa w zarządzaniu publicznym łańcuchem dostaw

W artykule podjęto problematykę możliwości wdrożenia orientacji procesowej do zarządzania publicznym łańcuchem dostaw. Wskazano na znaczenie uwarunkowań polityczno-prawnych, wyznaczających system celów i tworzących ramy realizacji zadań publicznych. Pokazano, że istotne znaczenie ma identyfikacja procesów podstawowych i wspomagających oraz koordynacja styków w łańcuchu tworzenia wartości publicznej. Podkreślono wagę wyznaczania jednostek odpowiedzialnych za realizację procesu, zwłaszcza w kontekście mnogości podmiotów, w tym prywatnych, realizujących świadczenia publiczne.

In the Ouled Abdoun sedimentary basin (Morocco), the phosphatic series is composed of regular interbedded phosphatic and marly limestone layers. Exploitation of the phosphate in some deposits in this basin collides frequently with problems bound to the existence, in the phosphatic series, of disturbed areas (sterile bodies) qualified as derangements by the mining engineers of the Office Cherifian Phosphate Group (OCP). Artykuł zawiera opis metodologii i ilustracje metod oceny stanów zrównoważoności i identyfikacji zjawisk oraz okresów anomalnej dynamiki kryzysowej na podstawie historyczno-systemologicznej (HS-) analizy normalizowanych wskaźników rozwoju wszystkich mod (rodzajów) transportu w wielkich społeczno-terytorialnych systemach (STS),na przykładach sektorów transportu USA, Unii Europejskiej (UE-28) i Federacji Rosyjskiej. Analiza jest prowadzona w kontekstach strukturalnym i funkcjonalnym z kompleksową oceną zbieżności i jest oparta na semantycznym modelowaniu.

Šajā darbā mēs veicam dubultzvaigžņu sistēmas HD50975, kura sastāv no divām masīvām komponentēm, analīzi, izmantojot augstas izšķirtspējas absorbcijas spektrus, kas iegūti viļņu garumu diapazonā no 3200 līdz 9800 Å. Mēs identificējam dažādiem ķīmiskiem elementiem atbilstošās absorbcijas līnijas un, izmantojot atmosfēru modeļu metodi, aprēķinām dzelzs grupas elementu un eiropija koncentrācijas zvaigznes atmosfērā ar mērķi precizēt tās ķīmisko sastāvu. Papildus tam darbā tiek iegūtas un salīdzinātas divos dažādos neitronu satveršanas procesos sintezēto elementu koncentrācijas zvaigznes atmosfērā ar mērķi precizēt neitronu satveršanas procesa elementu izcelsmes mehānismu.
