The Iberian Iron Age caves are defined as a specific model of sacred space. First, from a territorial perspective, they are identified as liminal spaces where the collective participation, integration and the sense of belonging is reinforced. And secondly, as multisensory contexts, where different ritual practices, highly symbolised, are performed. These spheres, cut off from the well-known and daily scenarios boost the sensory hypersensitivity, strengthened by the connection between the senses and the natural scenario. Nel presente lavoro è stata condotta un’analisi quali/quantitativa degli elementi strutturali che caratterizzano alcuni affioramenti carbonatici presenti nella zona di catena esterna della Sicilia occidentale (Monte Maranfusa e Montangna Grande), e nella zona di avampaese in Sicilia sud-orientale (Monti Iblei). Le proprietà petrofisiche delle rocce carbonatiche (porosità, permeabilità), sono strettamente legate all’evoluzione diagenetica di quest’ultime e cambiano in funzione della natura, dell’organizzazione e della forma degli elementi che le costituiscono (grani, pori, cemento, minerali, ecc.). Raman analysis of rock samples containing rare earth elements (REEs) is challenging due to the strong fluorescence, which may mask the weaker Raman signal. In this research, time‐gated (TG) Raman has been applied to the construction of the mineral distribution map from REE‐bearing rock. With TG Raman, material is excited with a short subnanosecond laser pulse, and the Raman signal is collected within a picosecond‐scale time window prior to the formation of a strong fluorescent signal by means of single‐photon avalanche diode array. Pro gradu -tutkielmassani tutkin laulaja-lauluntekijä Ismo Alangon sanoitusten ironisuutta ja satiiria sekä sanoitusten tuottamaa käsitystä suomalaisuudesta. Tutkimusaineisto koostuu viidestä musiikkialbumista, joiden sanoitukset löytyvät lyriikkakokoelmakirjasta Sanat (2013) Analyysissa on painotettu niitä sanoituksia, jotka soveltuvat osuvammin valitsemalleni näkökulmalle. Sanoitukset ovat vuosilta 1980, 1990, 1995, 2000 ja 2013. Tutkielman teoreettinen tausta koostuu ironiaa, satiiria ja kulttuuri-identiteettiä käsittelevästä teoriatiedosta. Analysoin pro gradu -tutkielmassani yhdysvaltalaisen muusikon Craig Finnin rockyhtye The Hold Steadylle kirjoittamia sanoituksia. Tarkoituksenani on selvittää, miten intertekstuaalisten viittausten tuntemus voi vaikuttaa merkittävästi tekstin luentaan. Tutkimuksen aineistona on The Hold Steadyn albumi Stay Positive, mutta analyysissa laajennan tutkimusta monesti käsittämään yhtyeen koko tuotantoa. Tutkimuksen keskeisimmät viitekehykset ovat intertekstuaalisuuden tutkimus, Kiril Taranovskin subtekstianalyysi, sekä rocklyriikan tutkimus.
