El propósito de la presente investigación es realizar un análisis lingüístico de textos extraídos de novela rosa española de diferentes épocas (siglo XX y actual) desde la teoría de la enacción. El análisis se articula alrededor de las diferencias de género. Se parte del dominio emocional de las relaciones amorosas entre hombres y mujeres, que son las que caracterizan la novela rosa trabajada. Desde ese punto de partida, el estudio defiende la interrelación entre los roles sociales y mentales de los seres humanos de acuerdo con los roles de género y los papeles semánticos en el lenguaje. Maģistra darba mērķis bija izpētīt dzimumlomu, piesaistes stila un uz rūpēm balstītās morāles saistības. Tika izvirzīti sekojoši jautājumi: kādas sakarības pastāv starp dzimumlomu, uz rūpēm balstīto morālo spriešanu un piesaistes stilu sievietēm un kā dzimumloma un piesaistes stils prognozē uz rūpēm balstīto morālo spriešanu? Pētījumā piedalījās 31 sieviete. Izmantotās metodikas: Attiecību aptauja (Relationship Questionaire, Bartholomew & Horowitz, 1991); Bēmas dzimumlomu aptauja (Bem Sex Role Inventory, Bem, 1974); Rūpju ētikas intervija (The ethics of care interview, Skoe, 1993). Darbā tika analizēta literatūra par sociālās prasmēm, sižeta lomu rotaļu, tās organizācijas īpatnībām. Praktiskajā daļā ir veikta pedagoģiskās novērošana, bērnu vecāku anketēšana. To test the old neo-functionalist claim on loyalty transfer among civil servants, this article provides fresh survey and interview data on seconded national experts in the Commission. This study explores the role-ambiguity phenomenon among public secondary school principals in China and Finland. Organizational dysfunction caused by role ambiguity in professional organizations has been studied since the 1960s (Kahn et al, 1964). Although role ambiguity occurs most frequently in educational organizations, few studies on role ambiguity are found on school leaders.
