Oceans are the primary natural source for atmospheric Cl, F, Br, and I, but anthropogenic emissions are still important, especially for Cl. Noguruma efekti galvenokārt pētīti, izmantojot tādus intensīvu dinamisku slodžu veidus, kā riteņbraukšana un skriešana, bet mazāk izometriskas slodzes. Pie tam noguruma ietekme uz stājas stabilitāti ir ļoti maz pētīta. Līdz ar to noguruma izcelsmei un cēloņiem arvien vairāk pievērš uzmanību fizioterapeiti, gan citi praktizējošie ārsti. Tāpēc darbā tika veikta perifēras izcelsmes izometriska slodze, kuras laikā tika veikts elektromiogrammas pieraksts nogurdinātajam muskulim. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai pēdējās desmitgades laikā ir uzlabojusies romu situācija izglītības, nodarbinātības un politiskās līdzdalības jomā un izvērtēt atšķirības starp Slovākijas un Latvijas gadījumiem. Bakalaura darba izstrādes gaitā ir apstiprinājusies izvirzītā hipotēze – pamatizglītības jomā piekoptās nošķiršanas politikas rezultātā gan Latvijā, gan Slovākijā pastāv zems nodarbinātības un politiskās līdzdalības līmenis romu vidū. The quantification of flavonoids in wine and grape skin extract by spectrophotometric evaluation at 280 nm wavelength provides essential information to oenologist concerning wine composition and evolution, and it is commonly applied in wine labs. The measurement of the absorption peak height at 280 nm reported by DI STEFANO and GUIDONI (1989) allows to selectively quantify flavonoids with minor interferences. However, it has proved to be susceptible to SO2 at low pH or acetone in unpurified grape skin extracts. Tarkastelemme toisen maailmansodan (1939– 1945) vaikutuksia Suomen poronhoitoon ja arvioimme poronhoidon merkitystä maallemme sekä kriisien että jälleenrakennuksen aikana. Tutkimuksemme perustuu vuosina 1931–1967 ilmestyneiden Poromies-lehtien artikkeleihin ja poronhoitoyhdistysten toimintakertomuksiin. Sodissa menetettiin tärkeitä poronhoitoalueita Neuvostoliitolle Kuusamon ja Sallan itäosista sekä Petsamo kokonaisuudessaan. Poroja teurastettiin ruuaksi, hävitettiin ja niitä katosi paimennuksen puuttuessa. Objective : The purpose of our work was to conduct technological, analytical, and biological investigations and stability studies of peritoneal dialysis (PD) solutions containing glucose and sodium lactate in single-chamber containers. Methods : Different formulations of PD solutions were prepared and sterilized at a temperature of 121 °C during 15 m. UV-spectrophotometric determination was performed using purified water as a blank.
