Il lavoro svolto dai rider attraverso la piattaforma digitale continua ad interessare la giurisprudenza, la quale è incerta nel sussumerlo nella nozione di subordinazione o nelle collaborazioni organizzate dal committente ai sensi dell’art. 2 del d.lgs. n. 81/2015. Il contributo analizza la sentenza del Tribunale di Torino in cui la questione principale si intreccia con un’ipotesi di interposizione fittizia nei rapporti di lavoro. Si mette evidenza come l’operazione di qualificazione resta dubbia quando la gestione algoritmica assuma schemi organizzativi diversi da quello preso in esame dal giudice.

The multi-spectral imaging technique has been used for distant mapping of in-vivo skin chromophores by analyzing spectral data at each reflected image pixel and constructing 2-D maps of the relative concentrations of oxy-/deoxyhemoglobin and melanin. Instead of using a broad visible-NIR spectral range, this study focuses on narrowed spectral band 500-700 nm, so speeding-up the signal processing procedure. International audience; We propose a progressive transmission approach of an image authenticated using an overlapping subimage that can be removed to restore the original image. Our approach is different from most visible water- marking approaches that allow one to later remove the watermark, because the mark is not directly introduced in the two-dimensional image space. Can students examine the discursive strategies employed by economists so that the former think critically about the underlying theoretical forces described by the latter? Are economic processes ontologically dependent on the narratives used by economists to account for real phenomena? In this article, we draw both on Wheat's mapping techniques to homogenise theoretical economic discourse and on Pilkington's attempt to combine economics with language for specific purposes. The embodied sources of purpose expressions in Latin

This chapter examines the phrasal means of encoding the semantic role of purpose in Latin. After discussing the notion of semantic role and its use in cognitive linguistics, we illustrate the conceptual relation between the notional domains of space and causation. On this basis, we analyze the source of purpose expressions in Latin, which are mainly based on direction (bare dative and the allative markers, i.e. ad / in + accusative), but also include prepositional phrases metaphorically derived from location (e.g. per + accusative, prō + ablative, propter + accusative), or metonymically spreading from reason to purpose (as in the case of causal markers such as genitive + causā and gratiā ).
CUDA-enabled Sparse Matrix–Vector Multiplication on GPUs using atomic operations

We propose the Sliced Coordinate Format (SCOO) for Sparse Matrix-Vector Multiplication on GPUs.An associated CUDA implementation which takes advantage of atomic operations is presented.We propose partitioning methods to transform a given sparse matrix into SCOO format.An efficient Dual-GPU implementation which overlaps computation and communication is described.Extensive performance comparisons of SCOO compared to other formats on GPUs and CPUs are provided.
