Esta ausencia de estudios contrasta con su importancia y con la evolución sufrida en los últimos tiempos, a lo que se añade que cuando existen publicaciones sobre la misma, estas se centran en aspectos políticos o jurídicos pero no abundan en el funcionamiento organizativo, las tareas o las relaciones con la población, es decir, se discute el modelo en sus aspectos normativos y/o políticos pero no la realidad. Por añadidura, la mayoría de los estudios son de carácter interno y apenas trascienden a nivel social. Individual Differences Facing the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Role of Age, Gender, Personality, and Positive Psychology

Research on individual differences in facing the COVID-19 pandemic seems to be crucial in order to design diverse and highly effective intervention strategies. This study uses a sample of 302 North American participants who were recruited through the crowdsourcing platform ProA; different profiles were established, profiling variables of interest in facing the COVID-19 outbreak. Socio-demographic and psychological (personality traits, gratitude, life purpose, and religiosity) variables were explored. These results are of interest if we want to deepen the study of individual differences at both a theoretical and applied level.
Análisis de procesos inmunorreguladores en helmintiasis intestinales mediante el modelo Echinostoma caproni-ratón

En la presente Tesis Doctoral se analizan diferentes parámetros que intervienen en las interacciones parásito-hospedador en helmintiasis intestinales mediante el empleo del modelo experimental Echinostoma caproni-ratón ICR. Para ello, se realizan diferentes estudios en los que se analiza y compara la respuesta inmunitaria en infecciones primarias, asociadas a susceptibilidad, y secundarias, asociadas a resistencia. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que la susceptibilidad del ratón a la infección primaria con E. caproni se debe a su incapacidad de responder con producción de IL-25 lo cual determina que se genere una respuesta Th1 asociada a susceptibilidad. Niniejszy artykuł prezentuje wybrane strategie nazewnicze, które wpływają na powstawanie terminów fachowych w branży kolejnictwa. Jednym z jego celów jest ukazanie, że forma tych pojęć jest w głównej mierze uzależniona od takich aspektów jak ekonomia językowa i ‘tendencja do uwidaczniania’. Krótki rys historyczny i szczególne podkreślenie znaczenia kognitywnej funkcji języków fachowych tworzą ramy niniejszej analizy, z jednej strony podkreślając wagę omawianego zagadnienia, z drugiej zaś wskazując na wielowymiarowy charakter uzyskanych wyników.

Abstract This article is dedicated to present the most common word-formation strategies in German railway specialist terminology. The presentation of the most productive morphological nomination strategies in the analysed area is preceded by a short historical outline of the railway industry in Germany. The adumbration of the historical background and hints regarding the current EU environmental plans for railways are intended to expose the importance and relentless currency of the analysis undertaken here. Se presenta con una gran variedad de signos, síntomas y enfermedades asociadas, incluso también puede cursar de manera asintomática, lo que hace difícil su diagnóstico. La EC se diagnostica con mayor frecuencia en las mujeres y a edades más tempranas que a los hombres. Herbert Doms belongs to the circle of German theologians that in the first half of the twentieth Century contributed to the discussions on the teaching of the purpose of marriage. His book About the meaning and the purpose of marriage published 1935 in Breslau became an important work that proposed the distinction between the meaning and purpose of marriage and on this way opened new ways in Catholic theology towards an understanding of marriage.
