L'analisi concerne la disciplina della costituzione della società a responsabilità limitata con atto unilaterale, i requisiti formali e contenutistici dell'atto costitutivo - con particolare attenzione alla differenziazione tra clausole obbligatorie e facoltative -, ed alcuni cenni conclusivi sui rinvii alla disciplina della società per azioni. Particolare attenzione, infine, è dedicata alla nuova figura della s.r.l. sottocapitalizzata, come introdotta dal recente D.L. 28.6.2013, n. 76 (con. in L. 9.8.2013, n. 99).

This paper presents an analysis of the changes in interfacial surface and the size of droplets formed in a spray tower. The interfacial surface and the size of droplets formed are of fundamental importance to the performance of the equipment, both in terms of pressure drop and process efficiency. Liquid film and droplet sizes were measured using a microphotography technique. The confusors studied were classical, with profiled inside surface, and with double profiled inside surface. Abstract: Background Health system planning requires careful assessment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) epidemiology, but data for morbidity and mortality of this disease are scarce or non-existent in many countries. We estimated the global, regional, and national burden of CKD, as well as the burden of cardiovascular disease and gout attributable to impaired kidney function, for the Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries, and Risk Factors Study 2017. We analyze how environmental taxes should be optimally levied when the regulators and firms face costs uncertainties in a Stackelberg-Cournot game. We allow linear-quadratic payoffs functions coupled with an affine information structure encompassing common and private information with noisy signals. In the first period, the regulator chooses the intensity of emissions taxes in order to reduce externalities. In the second period, facing industry-related and firm-specific shocks, firms compete in the marketplace as Cournot rivals and choose outputs.
